Bad quality !!
This is the first time i used that cooler bag. When you close the zip it does not close to the end . Extremely bad quality! For sure it is a fake product! I need a refund for this thing. Very disappointing.

Its cute, not sure if it’s authentic since the zipper is plastic and the logo is pressed on rather than stitched like most bags but it fits a fair amount of products.

If you are looking for a beautiful lunchbox look no further. I LOVE this one. not only is it beautiful, but the size is perfect. The top opens up wide to put large containers in such as a salad bowl and or dressing. The inside is fully lined and has a pocket for small items such as keys or berries you don't want squished. Was a little pricey for a lunchbox, but it is Kate Spade so was willing to pay the difference. Thanks for such a nice product.

I was a tiny bit hesitant to order. I liked the colors and the dimensions; but concerned about things like the zipper. This bag was a bit “pricey” compared to others. However, I don’t mind paying for quality. I ordered another brand, and kept it, but wasn’t impressed with the quality. On this, bag, I like the sturdy fashion zipper, the little pocket on the inside of the bag to stash small items, and the quality insulation. A combination of both professional and fun. I love it!
