Perfect story for toddlers!
I have fallen in love with the Pip and Posy series. Not only are the illustrations fabulous - I wouldn't expect anything less from Axel Scheffler - but the story is adorable. My son (aged 2) loves this book. He loves balloons, he loves to say "balloon!" The story is simple and yet engaging. Not much text on each page but enough to make the story interesting. He is able to join in with the story and shouts out "pop!" when the balloon pops... and "bubbles" when Posy has an idea... The illustrations are so lovely that there is plenty to look at and point out when going through the book again. It's certainly a good choice for 1.5 - 4 year olds. Great for a present too!

Lovely book, beautiful Illustrations with lots of detail and a lovely and simple story to share with little ones too.

Great fun for kids
Pip and Posy and the little accidents they have in their life, with a happy "Hurrah!" at the end of each book, are fast becoming a favourite with my 2 and 6 year olds. Beautifully illustrated, the book are delightful. The Big Balloon has Pip wandering around town with his friend Posy and a large red helium filled balloon. Disaster strikes, but Posy saves the day.

Love pip and posy books
Pip and post books are fab, my grandson loves them. This lovely book has been constantly used as it’s colourful and fun, plus they have a message to give about everyday life skills.

Wonderful tale in a great format for little ones
Big fans of Pip and Posy and this board book version is wonderful for little hands. Illustrations are bright and colourful as expected from the author and really detailed so you get so much more of the story for little ones. Wonderful tale about enjoying and losing a balloon and how a simple friendly gesture turns the whole day around.

Brilliant book
My 2 year old grandson loves all the Pip and Posy books as do I ! The illustrations are wonderful and the story lines always simple but true to life. I would thoroughly recommend.

Delightful books
Delightful books - my 2 year old toddler loves balloons and a fab book he can relate to. 4 year old daughter loves all the PIP and Posey books too

Another nice storybook in the Pip and Posy series. Just the right length for young toddlers and older kids, too, when they are learning to read. Nice, bright drawings!
