ROCKBROS Bicycle Headlight Holder | Bike Front Light Extender Holder, Stand Bracket, Cycling Part, For Brompton Folding Bike

When I read some reviews before purchasing, I was concerned about its angle and built quality. However, all my worries were gone as I received the product! It is a rock-solid front headlight mount and is of great quality at this price! It is much better quality than I expected, and I highly recommend it to Brompton owners!

I've just installed this on my 2011-era Brompton. Alas, it was missing parts, including some shown in the Amazon listing. The installation video on Amazon shows that one should insert a spacer. The one in the video is not included in the product I received. The spacer that was already installed was a little too big and clearly built for the reflector that was already installed. Dropping by HomeDepot to buy washers was also a fail because although a "#10" washer looks to the the same size, it's hole is now quite large enough to be pierced by the bolt... and it's not curved to match the curve of the stem. I ended up installing using the included black spacer clearly made for a different bike stem and not really tuned for this bracket. (The original spacer on the Brompton is shaped to fit the Brompton and to fit the Brompton reflector bracket.) So this product has clearly left room for improvement.This is a fresh install, but because the included spacer I used is not well fit to the bracket, I do imagine this bracket will eventually start to rotate into a different position.

Make sure you have the holes on your fork for this. Very stable once installed properly. Holds my gopro or my insta 360 and sometimes my light.

Had to heat it up a bit to bend it enough so that it could be mounted with a light on my fender, the bend arc was a bit too extreme otherwise. Once bent it is a great fit. Used in conjunction with a Rock Bros RHL1000 light

this exceeded my expectations. It is extremely sturdy and will hold the camera or light easily with no concern about it falling off. The angle is appropriate for my needs

Fits really good and quite stable on a Brompton. Lasted almost a year when suddenly it broke from the bolt attachment.

I was hopeful that the ROCKBROS headlight holder would provide a stable, durable mounting solution. Unfortunately, it failed far too quickly and dramatically. After just three pavement rides, the bracket fractured at the point where the screw attaches to the fork—clearly a structural weakness. The failure occurred mid-ride, which could have led to injury or damage had circumstances been different.This product simply didn't meet basic durability expectations for road use. For something marketed as a performance cycling accessory, lasting fewer than three outings is unacceptable. Disappointed doesn’t quite cover it—I expected far better.

I was trying to figure out how to connect my Fenix BC26R to my Brompton and this did the trick!

The two rings where you attach light or action can mount are not properly separated. This makes tightening the attached mount impossible. I needed to add some washers in between.

While this is a very solid unit the problem is it's machined at an angle that makes it impossible to use most lights. And I've tried two different styles and it refuses to allow me to aim the lights straight ahead in fact one late would hit the tire because of its release mechanism hitting. I purchased another extender trying to make it work but it just made it too high on the bike.
