I purchased this supplement per the recommendation of my OB for fertility. She recommended this brand specifically. I have been taking for months now. I have found it has helped with my PCOS symptoms. The supplement is expensive but I expect to pay more for a reliable product. They are rather large pills but easy to swallow. The 40:1 ratio is key as noted by my OB.

My OB suggested i start taking this for my PCOS. It has been so helpful with PMS and my moods. These is no taste or aftertaste, and gives me great energy. I have seen a slower process in hair growth from the PCOS, and cycle pain has become more manageable. You can’t beat the price, and it’s worth the buy!

Myo-Inositol has been my holy grail for PCOS symptoms. A serving is 4 capsules so it can be a lot. There is a subtle taste to the capsules but easy to wash down with water. I have been taking daily for 4 months and have not noticed any negative side effects. I have noticed an improvement in sleep, energy, and smaller around my waist from improvement with insulin resistance.

Don't think about it just buy it! I've been struggling deeply with my bloodwork. It's been years since I've had a normal cycle and doctors.....I've gotten nowhere. A little about my bloodwork before beginning so if this applies to you for sure know this is the supplement you need. Prolactin 33.3 high, dhea 77 low, testosterone normal range, A1c normal range, insulin total high 85.5, fasting glucose 104 high, alt 44 high, AST 41 high, anion gap .6 low. My fsh and LH are indicators of PCOS, my ultrasound showed my left ovary having a string of pearls, I am insulin restiant, prediabetic, and diagnosed with PCOS hormonal imbalance. I finally got a referral in for an endocrinologist but that appointment is still 2 months away. I am very excited to see how my updated blood work will be. I have changed my entire eating at as well from what I eat, how much I eat, and when I eat. I highly recommend the word food approved list and woe. I recommend reading about Jason Fung, as well as Mindy pelz. Since February to now I have lost 31 lbs. I also incorporate berberine, coq10 active form, methylated vitamins, this Myo inositol, omega 3s, magnesium glycinate, and I will be adding nac as well. The other supplements help but I haven't had true results until I added this Myo inositol, it's a game changer I cannot believe I waited this long, I truly trusted the doctors until I did my own research, just very grateful for this company.

These have helped so much with my pcos, and pmdd. My skin looks so much better, have lessened my breakouts drastically. I also have had less facial hair as well. They don't have a taste to them which is really nice. Stay consistent with them to see full results. I have taken them for about 5 months now. Will continue to order.

My cycles have never been regular. So far I have been taking it for over 2 months and I have not gotten my period for months after taking it I got my period the next month. My period wasn’t as heavy as before.My cramps were still there but way more manageable. The only thing is that it did upset my stomach a bit. I think my body is more adjusted to it now so it definitely has improved. I also had a few mood swings but that was my body trying to adjust my emotions. It improved my emotions as well. So just give it a couple months and it also helps to take it with food and take two with lunch and two with dinner. I don’t like taking it right before bed because inexperienced vivid dreams. I also don’t have sugar cravings like I used to so that is a plus! Would definitely recommend for my PCOS girlies! I have gotten better sleep. It is very effective keep in mind all bodies are different. It is worth the money. It does not taste bad either.

These always help me with my PCOS I definitely recommend I’ve tried so many supplements similar and none have worked as well as these do and they’ve also helped me depuff and lose weight I’ve also noticed a huge energy change it has boosted my energy a lot I would sleep almost all day but these really give me a good nights sleep also not to mention it also cuts my cravings for sugar and my appetite for snacking and got rid of my moon face ! I know it may be different for everyone that’s why you continue trying until you find one that works for you which was what I did I had to try multiple brands until I found the one which is this one here .

This is great. You get the value and quality. For PCOS ladies you have to check with your GP on how much dosage you need. The bottle says 4 caps a day, my GP recommended 10 a day. 5 in the morning and 5 at night. I had to take it with other supplements.

I don’t have any official diagnosis but some suspicion on PCOS. Started taking these and within a few months my cycle went from 40-60 to 28-35 days! I don’t find it really tackles hunger or cravings the way some people said but I take it anyways just for the regular cycle.
