Ab Roller Wheel with Elbow Support, Auto Rebound Abdominal Muscle Trainer

I’ve been doing a lot more focused abdominal training, so I wanted to add this 2026 upgraded ab roller to my workouts. I’ve used basic ab wheels before, but I like that this one adds a timer and knee mat, making it feel like a more complete setup. The roller feels stable and smooth when moving forward and back. I can really feel my core working throughout the movement, especially when I slow down and focus on keeping proper form. It also works more than just the abs I can feel my shoulders, arms, and upper body working to maintain control. The knee mat is definitely appreciated. Ab rollouts can put a lot of pressure on the knees when you’re training on a hard floor, and the extra cushioning makes longer sessions much more comfortable. I initially thought the built-in timer might be more of a gimmick, but I’ve actually found it useful for keeping track of my sets and workout time without constantly checking my phone. Overall, I’m very happy with this ab roller. I already train regularly, and this gives me another way to challenge my core without needing another large piece of gym equipment. If you’re adding ab rollouts to your training, the stability, knee mat, and timer make this a nice step up from a basic ab wheel.

This is easily the best fitness equipment purchase I've ever made! I've owned a few ab wheels in the past and have never gotten more than a few reps in. I have no problem admitting I'm not the strongest man this side of the Pecos but there's no way my core was so bad I couldn't do more than two reps. Sure enough this redesigned ab wheel proves that the older design was far from efficient. My weight going straight down was keeping the wheel from turning, not to mention the stress being put on my wrists. This however gets the job done so well. Resting on the forearms and dispersing the weight among two wheels makes it so I can now get so many reps in that I'm actually having a problem of getting too many in before I realize I over did it. It's also very stable. I don't have to worry about it going out from under me at any point. As for the durability, I feel like it's perfectly fine. A lot of people are flaming it for being plastic like that truck they're several Gs in the hole for isn't mostly plastic. Yeah it's plastic, but it seems to be doing just fine under my 260lbs. No bending or creaking of any kind. The timer it comes with is pretty worthless and the phone holder slot is no good if you have any sort of case on your phone but I never planned on using it anyway. The kneeling pad included is pretty nice but narrow if you have a wide frame like I do. Worked just fine till I was able to replace it with a mechanic grade kneeling pad. I love this and I've certainly paid more money for worse ab wheels so to me it's a great value.

It was really easy to put together so anybody who says it's not is very wrong I didn't even need instructions that instructions are included, it seems to work very well have no problems with the pads the only problem I did have with it is the timer came with a dead battery which I won't use anyways but just in case anybody would like to know, it is also very comfortable

This ab roller is great. It’s definitely an upgrade from the others as the arm rests are a game changer. It’s easy to put together in 3 steps. While you probably won’t need the instructions, they are included and easy to understand with just the images. The ab roller has no issues and rolls nicely. It also comes with a knee mat to help ease the pressure you put on them. I find that to be a nice touch that they include that. While it does come with a timer, I do wish it weren’t so basic. The timer allows you to set a time and it counts down OR you can just have it count up so you can see how long you were doing it and track your progress. It would be nice if it had a back light to it so that you can see it better. I also really think it should have an alarm/buzzer or something to alert you when you when the countdown is over. Instead, you have to keep watching it. It’s now a huge deal as you can get a better bid or utilize your phone. It would just be an added benefit if they upgrade that. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about the roller. I find it a great value for the money and would recommend the upgrade if you’re looking for a roller.

Great way to stretch out your back and work out your abs. I still keep a single wheel roller though to do my sides because this is only good for straight line

This product arrived quickly and packed nicely. Upon opening the package there are 4 larger pieces, a small box, and a misshapen’mat’. The 4 larger pieces make up the actual product. The problem is there are no instructions at all. Not even that I could find online. It does not assemble symmetricaly. It took me about 30 frustrating minutes to get it together. There are push pins that hold it together but they’re not attached to anything so in assembling they go into the one bar and have to be dug out. This happened 4 times to me. All they had to do is anchor them inside the bar! The man shown in the photo has to be 4 foot tall because this thing is small. I have the kind with one big wheel and it’s way larger than this. It does not seem that this will last either. It feels like it will cave under the weight within a few weeks. I put it on the ground to try it and those pins popped right out. I’m done. And it’s very low to the ground. It seriously looks like it’s built for a child. My best advice is don’t buy it. Get yourself a good sturdy single wheel style one. This is not worth the money or time and probable injury during use.

It's plastic, I'm gonna say 90% of the unit is plastic, ( just an estimate). After using the old fashion heavy duty one wheel metal roller for decades until the bar started bending from years of use we decided to try this unit (wrist comfort considered ). This is primarily for a solid 6'3 255lb body. So far we've not had problems with items from Amazon and it's sellers all has been good. We'll see how it goes with this ab roller it's easy to use, hoping for the best especially because we don't like to return items, possible updates later.

I love this roller , I hope to update how it changed my stomach muscles later with before and after photos. I have a hernia that comes and goes and Im still able to use this workout routine.

I found that it helped reduce strain while still providing an effective core workout. The wheel feels sturdy and well-built, with good stability during use. The included knee mat adds extra comfort, making longer workout sessions more enjoyable by reducing pressure on my knees. I also liked the built-in timer, which helped me stay consistent with my workout intervals and track my exercise sessions more efficiently. After using it regularly, I noticed improved core engagement and felt that it challenged not only my abdominal muscles but also my shoulders, arms, and back. The compact design makes it easy to store when not in use, and it doesn't take up much space. Overall, I found this ab roller to be a practical and effective fitness tool that offers a challenging workout while remaining user-friendly and convenient for home use.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The roller I received appeared to have been used before. It had clear signs of previous use right out of the box, which is unacceptable when you're paying for a new product. On top of that, the overall build quality was poor and it didn't feel durable or well made. This was not the quality I expected based on the listing. I cannot recommend this product, and I will be returning it. If you're expecting to receive a brand-new, high-quality item, my experience suggests otherwise.
