Great quality and easy to get setup and using! Will be putting a lot of use on them!!!!

After just putting them on these cheap buckles broke. Didn't even get them on to climb the tree. You would think for the price they could at least use a better quality of buckle instead of these cheap craft ones ment for small projects. Not impressed with the quality of leather on the straps either. They will not last very long..

This kit only secures yourself to the palm tree by one point. To climb up to current arborist standards, you need to be attached at 2 points at all times. If the palm has a lot of dry fronds even 2 points would not be enough (you would basiclaly need to gain access to the top of the palm tree to climb outside the dry fronds). I bought this equipment to climb palm trees that are routinely cleaned once a year and I use a system that wraps around the tree using a prussik knot from which I could rappel in case of emergency, and that also works as a backup.

I bought this product and it looks like it is a good product but first time using the climbing spikes I noticed that the sole started coming off and it was because the clips holding the sole and metal together broke off, it is a low quality product don’t buy this stuff

We should had a better harness. This one only goes around your waist so if you actually fell from a tree you'd probably break your back

Unsafe for a 200 pound man to try to climb tree

Undoubtedly, the quality of this tree climbing gear has left a lasting impression on me. The sheer durability of both the harness and spikes instills a sense of unwavering confidence, as if they were meticulously crafted to safeguard my life during challenging climbs. I must admit, however, that my enthusiasm is slightly dampened by a single aspect of the harness – its adjustment hardware. This particular feature, while undoubtedly robust, presents a formidable challenge when it comes to achieving a comfortable fit or swiftly donning the harness. A more user-friendly adjustment mechanism would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience. Nonetheless, the superior craftsmanship and durability of the gear itself are beyond question, assuring me that I can rely on it amidst demanding climbing conditions.

This whole set is very well made and gives the wearer a good sense of safety and security. As another reviewer pointed out, there is only one attachment point included, but I've got several other safety straps that I use for additional security. The harness takes a few to get it properly adjusted, but once you get it it's easy enough to get in and out of. The spikes are solid and more comfortable than you might think. This whole set up makes my wife breathe a bit easier when I'm out trimming the trees on our property :)
