Good fan Update - fan failed after 2 years. Crompton promptly rectified foc.

I have purchased 12 fans of these, every week one or the fans keeps stopping and functioning, service centre is providing timely service. Their head service in-charge creating innovative ways to delay the service. Its been hardly 3 months and out of 12 fans that i got, 8 of them have issues like noise, clicking sound and sudden stoppage with weird beeps and nonfunctional, very poor quality and service. Don't waste your time and energy with this product and their team. there is no option of zero star or blacklisting their product. Never again crompton for sure. I plan to replace all fans with a different brand in coming months as I cannot keep making calls and raising tickets for service, as they close the tickets and service calls without actually doing the work. Also they do not have replacement parts readily available for service. It takes more than 30 days for arrangement of parts for service. BIG NO Crompton going ahead.

Remote Control allows to adjust the speed and turn the fan ON/OFF without getting up, It’s a small feature, but it makes a big difference in daily use. Amazon Service: Amazon’s delivery service was top-notch. The fan arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it is recommend to buy this Crompton Energion Hyperjet 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient ceiling fan.

This BLDC fan is fantastic. The air delivery is powerful, and it runs incredibly quietly. The remote control works perfectly from any angle in the room. Plus, being a BLDC motor, it’s highly energy-efficient. Highly recommended if you want to upgrade your home comfort

Crompton team, you keep spending on marketing your products and not fix your products and service, your customer support is a joke, they are so rude, unprofessional and of no support. You will requwst them they will shout on you and i am not exagurating. I have raised complaint atleast 20-30 times of my gyeser which didnt work even for 2 month even under warranty, technical team is not able to fix it. Now a fan stopped working which tells me life of your product is hardly 6 -12 months. Never ever buy from crompton you will be wasting your money and their customer support will only make you more angry.

Value for money fan (in my opinion)👌 Speed control with point anywhere remote has good enough sensitivity, within a 1.5m radius from the center of the fan. Operates smoothly between speeds, has an incredibly fast stopping mechanism, am impressed!👌 Is BLDC. Hence energy saver, no doubt. Opal White was a good color choice for me, classic!👌powder coating is just as expected and just as it should be! Don't know much about electronics, can only hope Crompton has provided Quality long lasting standard circuitry. Installation is easy. All accessories properly included.

Not worth for the money except the remote use. Very noisy and unwanted click sound always. You feel like you are in ICU with oxygen support. Similar beep sound
