I’m very satisfied with this EMS training equipment. The quality is excellent and it feels durable and well made. Works great feels tingly at first but when you get use to it it’s good. Easy to use and adjust. Helps tone muscles. Still works after month of use.

UPDATE: After charging the battery control over and over the battery basically stopped working. I could have it all the way up to 19 and I could barely feel anything. I only used it for around a month. Im very disappointed because I started to notice positive things and now I can’t use it. I would recommend getting a different brand and hope it doesn’t do the same thing. Originally I had it at a 4 star but putting it down to 1. I kept my original review below: Now these products have a lot of controversy with the ability to actually build muscle. After doing research it seems that they are made to tone and tighten your core and NOT build muscle. But don’t quote me on that. There isn’t really much research to look through. Now for the product review: I been using this for I think about 2 weeks now. And I can’t tell you enough of how a different it has made. I can definitely see a difference in how tightee my core is and how easier it is to do normal ab workouts. I wear it about 1-2 times a day for about 30-60 minutes each time. With wearing this daily, I do small ab workouts throughout the day. I definitely recommend this product is you want to tone your abs or have core muscles issues. Now the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it loses its stickiness very quickly. Another reason is because I noticed that the battery level has declined a little bit since I started using it. I will like to note that I ordered the 6 ab device in the summer and didn’t wear it much with made the battery life die. Which is why I bought a new one. Overall I recommend this product!(Not anymore)
