Very good charger
Works really well I use mine for laptop charging although it works slowly with my gaming laptop it will charge while the laptops in use. Its a good addition for when I am using the computer for Web browsing etc. It also fast charges my phone and works well for steam deck and switch

Overall Fanstastic
Bought this to replace my broken Macbook Pro charger and it works great. Negotiates at the stated 100W which is higher than the standard charger, and have ended up buying another for my desk when its docked. Unlike other chargers it doesn't get burning hot, and it has a longer cable length than most.

Stopped working after 2 months
Initially worked fine, then stoped after 2 months. On their website they say the product has a 12 month guarantee and their customer service is available 24/7: "【Outstanding Customer Service】If you have any questions about our charger, please feel free to contact our customer service team, we will reply you within 24 hours, including a 30-day money-back guarantee, 12-month worry-free guarantee, and responsive 24/7 customer support for your complete satisfaction" Sounds great! Except when you realise that they have not provided any contact details anywhere and that there is no way to contact them.

Worked perfect out the box for Dell laptop
Well packed and worked straight away. This is used as a backup power supply for my Dell Latitude work laptop which it charges very quickly. I have also used this to charge my Nintendo Switch through a dock and rapidly charge my Google Pixel phone. So far this has worked faultlessly and the power pack doesn't get very hot. Feels well built and feels like USB C port and cable will last wear and tear.

Brilliant
Company IT failed to give me a power supply when they gave me my new (to me) laptop. I went to them asking for one and after rooting around in a big plastic box of cables & PSUs for 15 minutes, they concluded they have to order one for me. That was February. On balance, it was less hassle to buy this one. It's very good. Both cables are a good length and power seems good enough. Being USB C, if I ever do get one from IT, This one can charge a number of other devices for me.

Ok, supply is incompatible with my system
I liked the price, it works. I didn’t really give much thought as it had a CE, UKCA mark so just expected there to be standards it should achieve. My home set up includes a docking station with 2 additional monitors, keyboard, speakers etc, and my 65w laptop. Unfortunately the frequency / load coming from the power supply affected the Hz of the monitor and made it flicker, and the docking station also failed regarding sounds - like it was being overloaded / varying supply. I expected it to plug and play, but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. If I bypassed the docking station and plugged the laptop in directly then things seemed to work fine so far, just something to be aware of. I continue to use it direct to laptop, but at my place of work, where the docking station is not required.

Powerful power adapter to compliment a USB-C hub for office
Small but powerful power adapter to power up a USB-C hub for office install to permit rapid hybrid working arrangements. NOTE will not support power requirements for super powerful laptops with high-end graphics cards, but works a treat for regular office users
