Remarkable little amp
Bought this for my study, with a 32V power supply, to drive a couple of small, 6 Ohm, Quad desktop speakers. The foot print is perfect for a desktop (it has replaced a full size integrated amp and leaves me a lot more space). Seems very well put together, suitably weighty, nice heavy case. I like the logarithmic volume pot, it works very well in this application, although I see that some other people don't. The power LED is bright enough to see, but not distracting. I find it is very nice to listen to, good detail, pleasantly lively. I'm quite fussy about audio gear and wasn't sure whether I'd like this, but I am impressed. Sound quality is remarkable, given the small size and the very reasonable price. I might even treat myself to an orange volume knob for it.

Very low electricity/power usage
There will be all sorts of great and well deserved reviews of this amp but one thing I wanted to show was the actual electrical power usage of this fantastic little amp. See attached picture. This FOSi Audio v3 amp is using only 3W when driving a pair of Wharfedale 9.1 speakers @6 ohms. Fed by a WiiM Pro streamer with it's output audio set at 95% That's absolutely incredible in this day and age of high electricity prices, incredible. Previously was using a Harman Kardon AVR130 and it's power usage was nearly 70W on idle, not even playing anything. Amazing clean sound from the amp and it drives the 6 ohm wharfedale speakers effortlessly. So happy with this lovely little amp, amazing price too. Would've liked if it came with a remote, otherwise it's perfect!

Amazing sound but lacks an important feature
I can't compare this amp with any other products in the same class D amp category, there might be a better performing amp for this price. I first tried it with my big Tannoy Cheviots but this was obviously asking too much for the little V3 to bare. However when I hooked it up to my Tannoy Revoutions, the full potential was immediate. As a nearfield amp, it works perfectly well. The makers have not correctly labeled the pre-out socket. This is in fact, a fixed line level out. This is only useful for connecting to a recording device or maybe to another amp that has its own volume control. So if you want to use this unit to power a subwoofer, you will always be adjusting the volumes to match each other. Just as a stand alone amp, paired with the right speakers I doubt if anything beats the price

Reasonable power, Amazing noise floor, excellent dynamics, very detailed and good soundstage.
I liked the V3 so much i bought a second one the next day. I have connected the output of my Allo Boss Dac to both V3's one driving tweeters the other bass/mid. This has further improved the soundstage, detail and dynamics. The B&W 684 S1 reveal the detail however the sound could sometimes be warmer, probably due to recording shortfalls. A lot of detail for not much money, i even have some tonal control with the individual V3 gain control. I will try using each V3 for each channel soon. The V3 will highlight the quality of your source signal so ensure it amplifies as clean signal as possible.

Amazing for the price
Wow. The sound from these are almost as good as my Cambridge audio sr20 which I bought for over £400 iirc. That's with the standard adapter. Annoyingly when I bought this it didn't come with a 48v adapter bundle so I had to buy it separately but with that the sound is actually better than the Cambridge audio. Audio quality is extremely detailed and bass is super clean and rounds out the sound very well. I'm using these with Dali opticons but unless your using speakers that are hard to drive or can run on lower wattage then you'd probably be fine with the standard adapter. That said the 48v really just added that something

Bargain for the price. Highly recommended.
I bought this after a YouTube review by A British Audiophile. His review stated that for the money, it was a real cracker. I have been using this amp in a streamer combo: WiiM Pro + Fosi V3 + Q Acoustics 1020i I use this setup in my office which is about 3M square, so quite small. What can I say? The combination is fantastic. Stereo separation is excellent, with good placement. Transients are handled well. It fits my requirements well. For the money, it's an excellent little amp. Highly recommended,

None of these can compare to a big japanese avr with proper 135W per channel at 4ohms
Tested a lot and still own a few of Chinese class D amps from Nobosound, Fosi Audio, Douk Audio, SMSL, etc. The only one that stays is SMSL SA-50 Plus - perfect for bedroom and has enough power to drive Triangle Borea BR-02 with good low range frequencies. Love SMSL DACs, especially the Sanskrits. Love cheap Chinese valve preamps, but can't say the same about class D amps in a small enclosure. Tested over 20 in the last few years and they all have absolutely same issue - no power in mid-base, lack of sibilance in highs and almost no lower bass. Some will be noisy when idle, others will spark, and some - like this V3 won't have tone controls to try and squeeze out more juice for bigger stand-mounts or floor standers. I own an old made in japan Denon AVR-2805 and it's miles away in sound quality, especially after condensators' refresh, for my three-way 8 inch mid-base stand mounts from AQ. Got Denon AVR-X2000 to power living room Heco's. I tried this V3 in both setups and even though I have valve preamps with tone controls in each setup, the Fosi Audio simply sounded empty and lifeless. I love the chest pounding sounds, if you do too - don't waste your time with the V3. Sorry, I have returned mine together with theirs super-expensive 48V power supply that changed almost nothing. I hope my experience serves well you people who respects what their ears are fed with.

Bang for buck
Still can't get my head around how this little 'brick' generates such a great sound.
