this thing is very well built. super tough! the fabric is extra thick and the handles and straps are as well. they feel like seat belt material - very strong. the zipper is on the side and it is kinda difficult to load it with sand, but thats why they give you smaller bags to use. i didnt use the extra smaller bags though because i want to fill every available space with sand and pea gravel and the smaller bags leave empty space in the big bag. I put 2 bags of pea gravel in mine using a heavy duty construction bag as a liner. I am talking about the woven fabric kind of bags you get at lowes - not the thicker trash bag type. when these 2 bags of pea gravel are compacted it only takes up about half the space and weighs 90 pounds. i plan to fill the rest of the bag tonight. I wish they designed it to load from the end, but that's not a deal breaker. I love all the handles -- makes it easier to workout with - very functional. I think it could easily hold 150-180 pounds and i highly doubt it will ever rip or tear. Loved the price too!

I'll be honest, I was very impressed right off the bat after opening the box. I was hesitant on how the sand bags would hold up but to my surprise, they stayed seal throughout my workouts and I have yet to have a spill. The handle on the bags are stitched on real well and I was able to raise the intensity of my workouts without the bag giving signs of giving out. The sandbag makes a great alternative to weights which can be really expensive. The best workouts I had were deadlifts, squats, curls, press, and core strength exercises. Overall I think it has the potential to be a valuable piece of gear to have for workouts.

I bought this because it was pretty cheap compared to most sandbags I’ve seen. It’s been about 2 months, and I can’t say enough good things about it. My friends have some serious brand name bags that they throw around and slam, and I’ve done the same to this bag and I see no rips, stitching is holding up fine, the handles are still holding strong. This is a quality bag, well worth the price and then some.

Holding up well after months of use of being used in the rain and snow and thrown on pavement. When it does wear out I’ll purchase the exact same one again.

I bought this, had it arrive a few days ago. I filled all four of the sandbags, and loaded it up with three of them. With 150 lbs, the first time I went to pick it up, the handle ripped. I would be ok if they sent me another, but I am not going to go through a return process, have to empty our 200 lbs of sand, and package everything back up . I didn't even get to use this for a workout, and it already had a handle rip. If they replaced the bag, I would be ok with this and give it another shot.

So far so good after a couple of workouts. I got the 125-200 pound one that comes with four inner bags to work up to, and it is really baggy with just one or two of the bags in, but that makes sense. I did try to just do a workout with one of the inner bags, and found that I had a thin dusting of sand on my floor by the end. Nothing catastrophic or due to it breaking, just what seems to happen when you throw a sandbag around, so I’ve started using them in the bag itself and just dealing with it being empty while I woke up to my weight goals.

Just as good as lots of other brands out there that cost far more. We put them to the test in the gym every day with lots of slamming on the ground. The velcro seals inside hold up really well, too. Outside bag material is sturdy.

Great quality product and the inner fill bags are excellent. Filled it with pea gravel and have had no issues. Highly recommend and may be buying another soon.

The RDX sandbag is well made, durable, and works exactly as expected for strength and conditioning workouts. I had a small issue with one of the inner bags, and customer support handled it quickly and professionally. The experience gave me a lot of confidence in the brand. I’ve already ordered two additional RDX sandbags and would definitely recommend this product.

This is a decent bag for the price. However, 7 months in, the inner bag's stitching has come out by 50%. It was double-stitched. Now it's single-stitched, and has started leaking a fair amount of dust through the compromised seam. Next time I think I'll order from Goruck and leave the cheaper bags behind. Buy cheap and end up spending more in the long run. Buy somewhat expensive but better quality and you won't be constantly replacing equipment.

this is the worst RDX product i have ever purchased. unless you have the maximum weight, the bag is floppy and the excercises are very hard to do. i have been weightlifting for years, and boxing, using RDX products, this is just bad. not at all what the image shows.
