Great product, good price!
I’ve been using this product for a few years and it’s become essential to my healthy lifestyle routine. The capsules are convenient and easy to take — no mixing or aftertaste, which makes them better than powdered creatine in my opinion. I notice improved strength, recovery, and overall performance when I’m consistent with it. For the price, the value is excellent considering the quality and effectiveness you get. Helped my wrist
Originally got this hoping it would help my brain function a little better. Did not succeed there, but my hands and wrists are more resilient to gripping. My joints are still garbage, but way more useful! I did see more is needed to improve brain clarity, so I recently doubled the scoop. I can not say what exactly is different, but I do over all feel better somehow. Maybe this is how people are suppose to feel?

It works for me for Im using it for. Im cutting the dosage in half because Im not trying to bulk up. Im trying to add some muscle from lifting light.

This creatine in capsules is great. It’s practical, easy to take, and I’ve noticed more strength and better recovery. Highly recommended.

Seems efficient
I loaded for the first 2 days having 20g each day. I don’t feel as exhausted after exercising and I have been able to hit deadlift PR of 315. I find the pills though huge to be more efficient to consume as I don’t have to dissolve in any water/juice. The pills are easy to carry and I am able to have them just after my workout. Love it!

False advertising on it being Creapure
All the labels and descriptions of the product indicates that it uses Creapure creatine, which is the most premium form of (German) creatine with rigorous purity standards guaranteed. However, when I got the actual bottle there's no mention of Creapure anywhere. I did contact the company directly and request an explanation, and I got a confusing answer. Is this a bait and switch situation of deceptive/false advertising, or just a mistake in the labeling on the bottle? They are NOT a Creapure product according to the official site either....
