Excellent smart door lock. Install was very easy. We had a bit of problem with the software at first. But we just needed to learn how to scroll to the menu of options, then it was very easy. Has finger print, code numbers, a scan card and has been excellent and very helpful to unlock door when arms are full of groceries, etc. Both sides come with a little pad for installing on metal doors. And their customer service was awesome and got back to us right away! I would buy again and highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical about a finger scan door lock, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. First by the easy installation and set up (including the finger part). Once set up it’s very cool, fun and easy to scan my finger and open the door. I also feel comfortable knowing that if my finger doesn’t work for some reason I can still just type in my 4-digit code and it opens right up that way. Great purchase, I highly recommend it.

I also like the variety of ways to unlock: fingerprint, keypad code, app, RFID fob, or a traditional key. It gives me a lot of flexibility depending on my needs. The installation process was a breeze. It took me less than 10 minutes to set it up, and the lock feels solid and well-built. The sleek design fits perfectly with my room, adding a modern touch without being too flashy. What I like: Fast and accurate fingerprint recognition—usually works instantly, which is perfect for quick access. Multiple unlocking methods, including fingerprint, code, app, or manual key, which makes it really versatile. Premium build quality—feels solid and looks great, much better than the cheaper locks I’ve had before. Easy to install—no need for a locksmith, and I had it set up in under 10 minutes. Modern, sleek design that blends well with room decor. What could be improved: The fingerprint sensor can be a bit inconsistent. Most of the time it works fine, but there have been a few occasions where it didn’t recognize my fingerprint, and I had to reset it. The app works, but it’s not the most intuitive. It could use some improvements in design and ease of use. Plus, it asks for a lot of permissions, which feels a bit concerning in terms of privacy. There’s a small annual fee required to unlock certain features, like adding an admin. I didn’t expect this to be an extra cost. Some users have had issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, especially on newer routers like Wi-Fi 6. This could affect remote access features. All in all, this lock has been a great addition to my bedroom. It offers convenience, security, and a nice modern look—all at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for a smart lock with solid features, this is definitely worth considering, just be aware of the occasional fingerprint issues and the app's permissions.

Updated Review: This lock worked great until it got cold out. I live in the NE corner of Montana, about an hour south of Canada and we get some pretty cold winters here. Unfortunately, once it drops down to around 0℉ and definitely if it's below that, the lock won't open from the outside, even with the key. It appears that the internal clutch mechanism that allows the exterior handle to pull back the latch bolt, doesn't engage. Which means that someone always has to be in the house to open the door for someone who might be outside. BIG pain in the butt!!! After doing some research, I found a smart door lock "Yamiry Fingerprint Smart Knob - Keyless Entry Digital Lock for Front Door, model number YR01", that's sold here on Amazon. It's rated from -22℉ to 185℉ and has an IP66 rating for dust and water resistance. It has all the same features that the Kuccci lock has, i.e. works with Fingerprint, Passcode, App, Key Fob, Key, Wifi and Voice Control (with a Wifi Gateway that needs to bought separately). Will rate the Yamiry lock, once I receive it and test it out. Just an FYI, the key fobs for the Kucacci lock work at a frequency of 13.56 MHz, same as the Yamiry lock. I had to look it up, because it isn't listed in the product description anywhere, and some customers seemed to think the fob works via Bluetooth. The lock is Bluetooth, but the key fobs aren't. Original Review: This was really easy to install, took me about 15 minutes. Instructions were strait forward and easy to understand. They also include QR codes so that you can watch videos on installing the door lock and to program it. I was able to set up the app and program the fingerprint, passcode, and key fob without any problems. I like that you can change the batteries without disassembling it (on my old smart door lock, you had to unscrew the inside cover and remove it to change batteries. Was difficult getting back together). I like that you can set temporary passcodes, but am disappointed that you need a separate gateway unlock remotely, or to use Alexa/Google for voice control. They're not very expensive, so might pick one up in the future.

Great product meets all needs. Very easy to install (about 15 minutes). Setup instruction is clear. All tools needed are included. And you can set up separate code for short term and long term use!

What I love most is how many ways you can unlock it. Between the app, keypad code, fingerprint, key fob, and a real physical key, it’s incredibly flexible. Different family members prefer different methods, and it’s nice having multiple backups. After installing the first one and seeing how smooth it worked, I ordered another right away. I actually need three total. My previous outdoor locks didn’t last (all failed around the 2-year mark), so I’m hoping these hold up better outside. Time will tell, but so far I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend. If you want, tell me whether you used it on a front door or another door (and if it’s fully exposed to rain/sun), and I’ll tweak the review to sound even more specific and “verified buyer”-ish.
