Short use by date
I haven't started to use this yet but I am disappointed to see the use by date is only five weeks after delivery. This is poor!

Delicious... a staple in my kitchen
As this is solid at room temperature not easy to squeeze out of the plastic bottle...l found l had to melt it slightly then decant it into a wide lidded jar

Good stuff
