Great medium size RC trucky…
This thing at the right price is such a fun car. It is fast, easy to drive and rips like a beast. Works best on tight packed soil (like a baseball diamond, or asphalt. With the included 2S battery it goes good enough to make you scared to open it up, with a 3S battery stand by!! It will zip super fast. It tracks very straight at all speeds and drifts like a real car (but you’ll need to adjust the gyro for your driving style). Straight out of the box it is amazingly good. With a little tweaking (servo, trim, suspension, and wheel tuning) this trucky is legit!!!! If you love RC’ing and want a ripper, slipper, and gripper vehicle for the $$ it is totally worth it. I am using the included remote and it works well, but once you get into it, you will probably want to upgrade that. The components, chassis, batteries and generally whole car are pretty awesome. Buy and you won’t regret it!!! RECOMMEND!!!

Yes, you need this.
I bought this because my son was having fun playing with his rc car, and I wanted to play too. This thing is awesome, though I do not recommend playing with it in the living room the first time to try it out. You will get in trouble. It's built like a tank, and it's pretty fast. We use a plastic bike ramp for jumps in the driveway, and it looks really cool in the air. Still going strong after a few hundreds flips, and I've burned through one set of tires because... drifting!! The hard plastic drift wheels it comes with are also a lot of fun on concrete garage floors. You have to really work the throttle and steering, but you don't need a huge space to have fun. Parts are cheap, so I don't see this wearing out or breaking beyond repair.

Worth getting, won’t be disappointed.
Other than the rc cars I’d get for Christmas growing up this is the first one I’ve had as an adult and it’s too much fun. Definitely need to find a good open parking lot if it wanting to do speed runs, I can barely get it full power on 2s on my street, and def not with the 3s batteries I just got. This thing screams. It handles great outta the box, also I like how many different upgrades you can find. The tires that come with it are good, I’ve only used the street tire looking set and I’ve been pretty rough on them the 5 or 6 times I’ve ran the car and they still have a bunch of tread left. I’ve found a pretty good spot black top and I like running it there. You won’t believe how fast it is. I looked at a bunch of different rc cars and read a bunch of reviews and I’m glad I went with this. I can’t imagine anything being better for the price, seems like it should be more.

Durable, fun, good parts availability.
Firstly, this thing can take a beating. I have run this thing into walls full speed, slammed it into curbs, flips, driven it on snow and ice, sand. I avoid water, aside from winter snow fun, but I've put this car through nightmares and it keeps on trucking. Recently, I wasn't paying attention and it got run over by a full size American truck. The topper got bent and the pin slots were a bit worse for wear. I found the metal center support bent and 2 plastic components, the rear strut tower and the topper holder on the front were both broken. Aside from that, everything was still fine! I found a couple replacement parts for a total of $12. Replaced those parts, bent the center support back nearly straight, and now it runs as good as before being run over. Truly incredible durability. Hypergo offers some replacement parts themselves and there are lots of aftermarket vendors on Amazon as well for anything you need. You can even get upgrade kits that replace all the plastic components with metal, if you're so inclined. This is an incredible kit, especially given the price. If you catch this thing on sale, it's a no brainer. Just buy it. It's loads of fun, durable, and if you do manage to break something, you'll likely find replacement parts easily and inexpensively. Also, that picture is current, yes, after being ran over by a full size truck!

Hyper Go RC Car
I've never purchased any product from this manufacturer but came across a review for this particular toy online. Sure enough, when I went here to see how much it was, not only was it reasonably priced, it was also discounted at the time of my inquiry. I've had RC's before but most, if not all, were from TYCO during the days of Toys R' Us. Now, that maker doesn't exist, at least in the RC toy market. Right out of the box, the RC comes assembled with a battery already installed, but not attached. You will need to provide the two AA batteries for the controller/transmitter as it is not included. It also comes with a set of drift and off road wheels (with tires). I guess the ones installed are regular/road wheels. It also includes a pair of replacement springs, a mini-screwdriver, and the wrench you need to use for the bolts for the wheels. Right off the box, and attaching the battery that is already installed, it works fine. It is actually quite fast. I have not really tested it on the streets as I have not had the chance (but will do), but running it on the porch, it really takes off and can do drifts even with the regular wheels. I have not had it for a long period of time but am happy with my initial experience. It is reasonably priced and is not your usual RC's that you can get from your local toy store. Highly recommended as a starter for those trying to be in the RC game.

A must have
Was skeptical because we like bigger scale stuff. This is actually the new favorite and cost a fraction of what I am used to spending. Pun intended. The plastic tires will wear out quickly so I suggest buying extra. But honestly the regular street tires seem to be the go to in parking lots. It was fun to drift around and handles freaking incredible. Supper powerful and looks like a work of art in person. We have had a few rough crashes already and the truck ate them like nothing. And even when it does inevitably break the parts are cheap anyways. It is small enough to mess around with in the living room but not really recommend.

Best bang for the buck!!
I’ve been in the RC hobby for over 30 years and have had a lot of various RC’s but this is easily one of my favorite ever. First, it looks and fells sturdy. Like it would take a significant crash to cause any damage at all. Plastics are firm yet forgiving. The added steel and aluminum are big bonuses and the CVD’s are massive and complete and utter overkill (in a very good way). The body is beautiful (but not for long) and the lexan is quite thick for a shell this size and the molded plastic bits in the front and back add some protection as well as the very thoughtful roof sliders that save the shell a bit. Lights are gimmicky to me. Having the headlights and taillights flash when turning is a bit too toy but there’s an option to turn them off so no biggie. I kept the street tires on and took it out for a spin. On 2S, the car is quick and with the smaller size it seems faster. Almost immediately I turned the gyro all the way down because it was creating a “wiggle” on hard throttle. This was likely compensating for the tire spin alternating left and right BECAUSE the gyro was correcting left and right and basically causing it’s own issue. With it turned down, it would get the usual wheel spin but steering correction will reel it in easily enough. Dropped in a 3S pack and this thing is on another level. You definitely need room to run and despite the tall gearing it will spin 20’+ under hard acceleration before biting and then it moves. I had a couple of rollovers at and near full throttle with no issues at all. I’m definitely going to look into more MJX/Hyper Go products after this. The price, quality, speed, and durability are basically impossible to beat even compared to some of the much pricier RC’s I own so this is a no brainer way to enjoy the hobby without breaking the bank.

Amazing 1/14 scale RC truck! Mini Arrma Infraction copy at a fraction of the cost!
This little infraction copy is a blast! Probably my favorite RC car. I have a Arrma 3s Infraction but they're expensive to just have fun with. The small scale fun factor is great at this price with spare parts readily available! My only concern is the tires and how fast they wear. They do get excellent traction and good quality but the rubber compound is only good for about 2 batteries. I run the 3s Angry Snail lipo batteries and they eat through tires. The drift tires also wear down very quick on pavement. At $10 for 2, i find it really hard to sustain running this on the street all the time. I usually use this truck to drift at my local tennis court because street bashing this truck feels like a sin! I did find some drift wheels that last 3x longer on ebay but they're pricey as well. For now, im hoping we get an alternative for wheels and tires soon. The lights on this truck are super bright too, making it usable at night. If youre using 3s lipo's, I'd suggest swapping your spur gear and differentials. Also, you might want to pick up some pinion gears because the metallurgy pinions will shred after you use steel differential gears. Working on these cars is a fun hobby and a great learning experience. If youre looking for a RC car that requires no maintenance, dont get this one.
