GREAT EVERYDAY SHOE
This review is for the women's Crocs. These ON THE CLOCK CROCS are extremely comfortable. Many reviews have mentioned the fact that you need to go a size up. My opinion of that is as follows. I feel they run true to whatever size you normally wear in regular shoes. My picture above shows you that the insole is 1 inch thick at the heel and then tapers off towards the toe to a thinner insole in the front. I wear a size 9 or 10 shoe depending on how it's made. Previously any of the Crocs I have purchased were a size 9. The best fit for me with the On The Clock Crocs is a size 10 woman's if I wear them with the provided spongy comfy insole. A size 10 would also apply to me if I wore them with socks, particularly heavy ones. My suggestion is to order whatever your normal shoe size is, not necessarily what you've worn before in Crocs. If you wear a half size I would definitely go to the next full size up. 9 1/2 order size 10. The insoles that come with them are wonderful nice and spongy and very comfy with a good support on your heel. If you were to take out that insole and purchase a cheaper thinner one they would provide you with approximately a half size more room in the shoe. I had also ordered a women's nine and as long as I took out the spongy 1-in thick insole they fit nicely. There are several ways to shrink or stretch the Crocs also. You can use hot water, hair dryer, clothes dryer or the Sun. Since the shoes are made from silicone rubber heat and cold affect the sizing. NEVER LEAVE THEM SITTING IN THE HOT SUN AS THEY WILL SHRINK. One way to stretch them out is to get a heavy pair of socks and get them wet and wear the shoes to stretch them. If you find you get a pair that is just a little bit too large adding an additional insole should take up the half size of too much room. What I really love about these shoes is that they're washable and I can wear them for anything I do from gardening to grocery shopping and they always look clean. I also got a container of Croc butter / shine wipe which is a sponge with special oil on it that you rub over the shoe and it shines them up and makes them look new again. It's about $10 but last a really really long time and it's well worth it. Before I had bunion surgery 15 years ago Crocs we're all I could wear without being in serious pain. As far as feet sweating, I only notice it occasionally and in all reality when my feet sweat it keeps the skin soft rather than being dried out. The heel of the shoe comes up as shown in the picture about level to your ankle bone on the side of your foot. They feel very secure if you get the right size or adjust them with the insoles as I stated above. Overtime and wearing them they basically conform to your foot with your natural body heat. Hope this helps and wasn't confusing. I actually ordered two different sizes and sent back the one that didn't fit. Amazon is wonderful about returns and it's always good to have two sizes side by side to compare. Have a blessed day. 🙏🐊🩰👞🥿

Absolutely love, would recommend
I had mixed feelings because of the reviews but I went ahead and ordered them anyway. I’m usually a 7 in crocs and other brands but I decided to size up and go with an 8. I work at Starbucks full time and needed something where I can be on my feet 10+ hours a day. Initially I really really like them. They’re incredibly comfortable when trying on and walking around. Sizing up did seem like the right way to go. They’re not loose enough to slip anywhere but they’re not tight, they feel pretty fitted. They’re lightweight and I absolutely hate the way clogs look so these are pretty mild in style. I’m not sure how they are during a shift but I love them currently. And will only update this review if I end up not liking them and I’m so picky with my work shoes.

Size up and you'll love them!
After reviewing the reviews, I sized up and they're perfect! I'm usually an 11 in womens and have wide feet, so sometimes 11s can be a little snug or a little short. They are ever so slightly snug around the very top, but as I've been wearing them, they're already less snug. And as a healthcare worker, I want them slightly snug at the top so they stay on! I ordered both these On The Clock and the Specialist IIs and hands-down decided on the On The Clocks. The Specialist II doesn't seem to have the slip resistant sole, which feels like a must for healthcare. The sole is NOT the same material as the rest of the shoe; it has a rubberized sole which is exactly what I wanted. The Specialist II had the same Croc material for the sole. And the Specialist II were too roomy. If I was to go with the Specialist II, I would go true-to-size. The On The Clocks definitely have a better fit, so go with these! Also, the style for these On The Clock ones will be much easier to disinfect: with them being one piece (aside from the insole), there are less nooks and cranies to have to ensure get disinfected. They feel durable and like they'll last a long while. I'm looking forward to them! They're comfortable, offer solid support. All-in-all, they are a keeper! GET THEM!

Comfortable for Work n Play - But There Are TWO Versions of Crocs On The Clock Clogs!
1) Construction My pair seemed to be well built, and light in hand. I did not notice any rips, cracks or other separations in the components of the shoes. They are moderately flexible, more so if you remove whichever of two style inserts yours came with. (More on that, later) 2) Fit The toe box on these is big and roomy, as a good shoe should be. I did notice a tight spot on these shoes, though this might have to do more with my individual physique than with the product: A slightly tighter fit between the inside tops of my feet and the shoes, especially when wearing thicker than average thickness socks. I was able to remedy this with a file bit for my drill, and gently filed away about 1mm of material from inside the top of the uppers of both shoes. I can now still wear them comfortably without socks, or, with socks of any thickness. 3) On the Move: These are NOT Merrells or Danskos! But they are an economical alternative with at least 70 percent of the arch and overall support I need at work, or for a mile-long walk around my neighborhood. I have tested them with and without the included inserts, and have not experienced a whole lot of rubbing in most combinations. For me, if I go barefoot, I will leave the bottom inserts in. With my thicker socks, I can wear them with or without the inserts in. Wearing my thickest Icelandic 30 belows, I can wear them without the inserts, on my leisure days when it is cold outside. I also own Crocs Lite Ride sandals, and can say that Crocs does know 'a thing or two' about orthotic support ergonomics. And it has translated to the experience in these On The Clock clogs. 4) Finally.. The SWEAT Factor! I've read a lot of reviews from wearers who state that their feet got really hot, and or sweaty and smelly in Crocs On The Clock. I would say that is true in my case - but only when wearing my thickest socks - the Icelandic 30 Below wools. After a few hours in the Crocs/Icelandic combination, when I remove the Crocs, the bottoms of the Icelandics are indeed warm and wet! But not squishy wet. And that leads me to my final section, regarding the title of this review... 5) Two Flavors of On The Clock Clogs: I bought, from this page, the version with the dark spongy support inserts with fabric on top, and with small holes punched through the forward(toe box) section for breathability. That might explain my lack of the squishy-squeaky soaky experience I read in so many reviews here. There is another version, which looks externally exactly like mine, top to sole, but, it has the red or orange? insert that is just plain rubber, and has the same pattern as my aforementioned Crocs Lite Ride flip flops. Now in a shoe like these On The Clocks, even with the small holes they do come with, a solid rubber bottom, or insert if that's what that is, is what I would understand to be a recipe for really irritably hot, sweaty soles, with or without socks! And that excessive sweat is what can lead to the squaking, pardon my french, 'farty' sounds of a thoroughly drenched foot against the rubber bottom of such a shoe. I would suspect that most of the excessively 'hot n sweaty' and squeaky complaints are coming from wearers of that version, which I have yet to review. I may be wrong. Please let me know, if there is a reply function to these posted reviews. Overall, for under U.S. $50, they are a relatively light, comfortable, and supportive shoe for, as they are named, on the clock at work, or at home or out on the town. **Update - 2023-March** My two pair of Crocs On-the-Clocks, the regular/originals and the ones with LiteRide insert, are so laid back, semi-formal, and easy to wear that I often just put one pair on or the other without thinking too much about it. Most folks are surprised when they find out these are Crocs! And I have to say that the "non-Literide" black fabric insert version is definitely the sweatier of the two versions. Last week I wore them barefoot to a mall, and walked a few laps around the main concourse, an hour or so before the stores started opening. Even as I arrived at the mall, my feet already felt quite warm in them, and a little damp, even thogh it was only a few degress above freezing outdoors. After half a mile walking(four laps around the main axis of the mall), my feet were squeaking around in them, and my soles felt drenched in sweat. Sounded like ducks quacking with every step, lol! I had to sit down somewhere I could slip them off and let my feet cool off - and dry off! - before resuming my tour of the mall. One of this mall's many sofas scattered through out served the purpose. I guess the fact that these Crocs do keep feet so warm, with or without socks, is a plus in New England or the Northwest, where sub-freezing temperatures are a regular winter guest. So yes, you can wear either version of On-The-Clocks work clogs without socks, but remember, your feet will likely sweat more in the fabric insert(original?) version than in the orange rubbery lined Literide version. So, wear socks with the regular version if you plan to wear them for more than just a garbage or mail box run, longer than an hour, or plan to walk around alot, for work or leisure.

Great for restaurant workers
Great for all day work. Feels like I'm walking on air. A little odd looking but for the comfort I'll take it . They are very slip resistant with water and oil.

Smaller sizing and more tailored fit than regular Crocs
I have a lot of foot issues, my feet are exploding. I have a bunion on my left foot that isn't too bad but this shoe presses on it. It's not just the pressure, the shoe fits on my foot crooked because of the bunion. That means the left side of my foot is more pushed into the left side and left front of the shoe. I got the same size I get in regular strappy Crocs but my size in this shoe is not big enough. Regular Crocs are a little big on me but these have a snug tailored fit. My instep is high and these shoes are so flat and tight that when I put the shoes on, my socks get dragged back and squish my toes. I try to put like an inch of slack around my toes so my sock will slide up and fit correctly but it doesn't really work. I'm afraid I need to buy another pair of these in the next largest size but I know it will be too big. They need to offer half sizes if they're going to make tailored shoes. I am wearing these while doing a LOT of walking and driving, running up stairs etc. They're very nonslip which is awesome, they've changed everything. I used to slide all over. But if you're doing anything active like this, especially stair climbing, there likely won't be enough support in the sole. It's very, very flexible. My feet get tired now. These are for more standing and moderate walking on an even floor I think. (ETA: after a couple weeks or so I think, my feet got stronger, lol. The shoes are still super bendy of course but my feet don't get tired from things like going up stairs anymore. But there is still less stability than you get from "real" shoes of course.) There are only two little ventilation holes on the inner side of each shoe which for me is a good thing. The shoes are essentially waterproof if you don't step in any big puddles. Even if you do step in water over the holes, not very much gets in. It's cold outside so I haven't worn these in hot humid weather but they do seem to get way less swampy than my 6" XtraTuf boots. They're not bad at all even though my feet are always sweaty in any shoes. I was surprised. Sometimes they make farty noises though 😬 Really wish they had these in half sizes or had a relaxed fit version Eta: I still need a half size bigger but I found a way to keep my socks from getting dragged up my feet. I put a heavy duty quart Zip-Loc bag over the whole top of my foot (with the zipper toward my ankle), slide my foot into the shoe with the back of the shoe pressed down while trying not to touch the bottom of the shoe, pop the back up over my heel then pull the bag out. The bag is like a shoehorn for the top of my foot lol. I think something like a piece of plastic cut from a 3 prong folder might be better/easier but I haven't tried it yet. Now I can even wear relatively thick winter socks, I just have to bring a quart bag if I go anywhere and plan to take my shoes off. And sometimes certain socks stick to the bottom of the shoe so they get dragged back a little anyway. Still 1000 times better!

Best working shoes!
Doing a review after 2 1/2 years of wearing them. They have been super great and comfortable. Only reason why it didn’t last because I accidentally shrunk them in my car so they didn’t fit other than that these shoes were great working very long hour shifts.
