Doesn't work with pcie ×1 port
Thought the small port in my unit would work but this is not compatible with pcie x1 port

Device is working way above expectation. Stable download and upload speed. After latest driver is installed, all is set. No particular settings needed for basic use. If some advance option is needed, will need to configure in the device settings which is handy and easy to manage. This device with Marvell Aqc107 chipset is more stable than the other brand I tried first which has a Marvell Aqc113c chipset that keeps dropping the transfer speed down to below 2Gbps. Bought 2 items. Unfortunately, the other one device has problem. It keeps changing to 5.0 gbps or 2.5 gbps at random automatically. I have to return the other device that has a problem. I believe the device with problem was just a one off issue, and is not likely common for this device brand and model. Bought additional 2 more items, one to replace the returned device and another one for the third PC, currently in transit.

Bought this in 2021, and This card is still working fine (2023 FEB). Getting 10Gbps speed? No problem. No OverHeating problems like Old 10GbE NICs No Driver installation is required for Windows, Linux, and BSD. Things you need to do. The device Firmware needs to update. (Get the driver update utility from Marvell for aqc107 type) Don't use TP-Link Old Driver. (Windows 11 Ships Newer Driver!) Tested with Both iPerf and OpenSpeedTest-Server! Continuous SpeedTest for 1 hour! It never dropped the speed. Problems The FreeBSD driver is Alpha Quality. There will be a significant drop-in Speed. It is not recommended for Production. ESXi VMs may experience connectivity issues it will automatically work after a Host Restart. This is not recommended for ESXi but ok for HomeLab, and you can restart Host anytime. Out-of-the-box speed. Windows 10 and 11 9400+ Ubuntu 9500+ Unraid 9800+ Esxi host 9500+ FreeBSD 9400. For continuous speed tests using OpenSpeedTest, it dropped to 5400 & 7400. The driver for FreeBSD is really bad. It may get better after some time, but when I tested it, that wasn't good. If you change the MTU size to 9000 you will get more speed.

Just works with Windows 10, have it in my PLEX server right now, havent experienced overheating yet.
