Excellent replacement for their crappy doorbell camera.
Easy to install, clear pictures, and the light at night is perfect and very useful. Had their doorbell camera which stopped sending picture but continued to work as doorbell, so this camera with light and 2 way audio is a much better solution for my sccenario. Bell rings on dead doorbell cam, and this cam handles the rest. They make good stuff but dont think much of their live customer support chat. China pretending to be america i am guessing.

Not Reolink's best work - UPDATE: Amazing Customer Service!
UPDATE: I’ve been working with Reolink’s customer service. They worked with me extensively to try to identify the camera’s issues, and ultimately came to a great resolution. This particular camera might not be ideal for my needs, but it works fine natively and I’m happy about the functionality I get out of many other Reolink models. Not many companies stand by their product like this anymore. Happy I’ve made an investment with Reolink. This camera was meant to be part of a more widespread upgrade to the existing cameras on our property. Reolink generally has a good reputation, and I knew from prior experience that they work well on firewalled/self-contained systems. However, being nearly 2 years old without a single updated firmware has taken its toll on this camera, with unstable RTSP feeds and a buggy interface. This camera drops its signal frequently when integrated with a number of monitoring packages, including a viewer as simple as VLC. For the added cost, the zoom function doesn't help much. This might end up getting returned. For the same price I can get 2 510As which are far more stable. The Trackmix POE is a very similar camera, but is rock solid with none of the same problems, plus you get motorized PTZ.

Not really two, but not useless
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wanted optical zoom in center of FOV Unfortunately, this product doesn't have that. You're meant to think its two lenses, meaning two cameras. But there's only one camera and the "telephoto" stream is just a digital zoom of the single camera. This is convenient if you want both perspectives in the Reolink mobile app's multi-camera view. I've had my Reolink NVR and cameras for about 5 years now. Overall I'm happy. The app is a little flaky, but I leave it up 24/7 on my old iPad. One or two cameras have failed over the years. But overall, it's a solid system with good image quality and good value. And the customer service has been strong every time I've reached out. That's impressive at any price range these days.

Good for certain areas
This camera only works if the telephoto view is in the center of what you are watching . In my driveway surveillance, I found the telephoto view was useless. In my basement, I focused the telephone photo view on my furnace and Hot Water Tank and the wide angle view was able to cover two entry doors. The 811A was better for the driveway

Plug and play
Okay, so I had a question. Can you mount the wall and the ceiling? Yes, you can, and you can feed the wires back up the hole to hide all the wires. Some people may find the installation difficult if they do not have cat 6 crimpers or the skills to pull the cables and install them themselves, but the setup was simple, the image is fantastic, and we will be adding more to the system.
