Bought these as an addition to my protein shake in the morning as a breakfast on the go.Comes with a 25g scoop - 97 caloriesMixes well, have tried a couple other brands that didn't mix well and made the shake very lumpy but these seem to mix easily. However if the shake is left to sit the oats do sink to the bottom, but a quick re-shake and ur good to go.Obviously makes your shake a wee bit thicker but I find them very palatable and a useful addition of ur in a hurry
