Will this work for my verizon fios backup battery?

I use this as a replacement for my FIOS battery backup. My backup is in a wall mounted unit, where newer backups are smaller and use smaller batteries (I think “D” cells).

Is there a car battery charger maintainer to keep this battery charged?

AXTRA 12V car battery charger maintainer will work to charge this battery. It has 0.9-amp slow charge (trickle charge and float charge) and 3.6-amp fast charge. AXTRA 3.6-amp car battery charger is great charger to keep battery fully charged. For me to leave the charger connected, charge and maintain the car battery, I would definitely go with AXTRA car battery charger.
