Oster 2-Slice Toaster with Advanced Toast Technology, Stainless Steel

Very happy! especially for the price point. It does what it is supposed to do, which is make toast. My roommate and I have, for more than two years due to lack of funds and kitchen space, been toasting bread and bagels in a frying pan on the stove. Every single day. I do not kid. For Christmas I got us this, and now life is a lot better. Go figure. It is quick and consistent, what more can you ask for? I saw some horrifying reviews for other toasters on this site, so I will just say that this one toasts evenly, on both sides of both bread slots, is intuitive to use with its minimal settings, doesn't feel cheap or like it will fall apart. It is the platonic ideal of a toaster, which is that you don't have to think about it except when you put bread in it, and then you can forget about it, because you are busy eating toast. A+. I have a single, minimal gripe, and that is that the power cord is quite short. It is probably between 36 and 48 inches. That's all and for me it is not worth knocking a star off for.

Excelente y super bonito, buen diseño. Tengo un horno pero para calentar una rebanada de pan tarda mucho y gasta mucha más luz así que fue una gran adquisición, probe bagels, pan caja, e incluso hogazas rebanadas, la textura es genial, incluso mejor que el horno que seca mucho más el centro. La charola para boronas mantiene super limpio y me gusta la funcion de freeze y bagel aunque realmente no creo requerirla. Creo que vale la pena comprar algo como esto en lugar de los que son super baratos, los botones y todo se siente muy bien, espero internamente dure mucho tiempo.

I've had it for a while now and it's never let me down

I hadn't had a toaster for years, the moment I saw this toaster I just wanted it, as I love the style of it. My husband complained that the toaster would take up counter space, so I told him not to use it. Well of course my husband began to use it before I did, toasted bread and bagels. I went to use it and he said that it was the best toaster he ever had. The level of toasting was right on the mark, it fit bagels and the bottom tray was easy to get to and clean. He loves the look of it on our counters and no more complaints. I think if we ever split up, he'd steal the toaster, but that's not going to happen. We're both so happy with the bagels, how they don't get stuck and they aren't burned. Voila! Outer has it made to perfection.
