The product looks and functions exactly as expected. Bear in mind when installing on a new build that the string hole is smaller than the string ball receptacle. I used a Vernier caliper to measure these. Also, you have the option of recessing the rims of the ferrules. And of course the drilling and routing must be precise. The eye does not tolerate variation.
