This stuff is the best I have ever tried! Just placed a second order. It allows me to enjoy time on my lanai in Florida without the annoying bugs and spiders. The smell isn’t too strong either and I actually love the hint of peppermint. Worth every penny so far and my dogs aren’t bothered by the smell either.

Strange that I would write a review about an item I just received recently! But this peppermint spray seems to work! My story: one morning I hear buzzing and then see a honey bee. Don’t know how or where it entered my place but it seems to be lost or dying. I sweep it up and forget about it. Next day, occurs again! This time I am nervous and think a hive is established inside my place! But for now I need protection against these innocent insects but they must go ad I stay! So, some research and found Amazon’s offering of Kate’s Peppermint Oil Spray! Ordered and received. Used. Sprayed windows and under doors and so far there are no signs of bees yet! From usage to today (4 days) and no signs of any bees! For me, this is a success and I have since ordered another bottle! Will update should situation change but I thank God that this matter is positively handled! No more dead or killing of honey bees, for even in Hawaii, honey bees are not evil creatures! Seems to work when sprayed around the edges of walls and around surface areas. The smell is not too strong if you spray a little at a time.

Smells great and I think it’s been affective for insects and mice deterrent! And it comes in a great spray bottle that mists perfectly

Update to my original review below: Adding a star for impressive customer service. After seeing my disappointment, the seller reached out and offered a refund along with their apologies that I wasn't fully pleased with the product. Even though this item just didn't work out for me, I'll keep an eye on the seller's page to see if something else catches my interest. Any company with excellent customer service is worth giving another chance! --------------------------------- While I really enjoy the peppermint scent, it seems as if all the little creepy crawlies don't mind it much either. I tried targeted use on a couple spiders and little insects, but they just skittered right through, unphased. Then I tried using it as preventative, spraying it in corners and crevices where they usually get into the house, which did absolutely nothing. The scent fades very quickly, and the liquid comes out in a messy, drippy stream instead of any sort of proper spray. I thought maybe the nozzle was clogged, so I ran it under hot water to clean it, and found no difference in the way it came out. Disappointed, but oh well. At least it smells good.

Best thing for the pesky fruit flies around the drain. Wash your dishes, clean the sink and dry area before spraying. In the morning not one fruit fly near my drain. Loved it so much, I bought two more. Not cheap, but the bugs hate it!

Unbelievable! We had stink bugs all over the house. I sprayed this on the outside, and they have gone. Spray all around the house, because they will move to another area of your property.

Good at keeping bugs away, but will not kill bugs that are already there. Good for spraying trash cans.
