A good heavy vest. To be honest maybe a little too heavy especially difficult to put on but once it's on it fits fairly well. I was hoping I could quickly and easily adjust the weight of the vest by removing the weight pouches but the pockets are so small and the pouches are perfectly sized to be very tight to get in and out. So a quick simple adjustment isn't really an option. So I alter my workout to work around the full weight if the vest which has worked ok it has reduced my press ups from 150 a time to about 80 which saves time in a workout of 5 sets. Plus it adds to squats resistance without needing to add weight to the bars. One last note though the quality of the vest isn't as good as the vest in the images of the listing these images have clearly been doctored to look better quality.

Love this, though it's bulky as hell so you will need, Big jacket or XXL hoodie. This is very heavy an I did a 1 hour brisk walk on the flat with slight inclines here and there an it worked me! Very happy, robust an sturdy an material. (Update! Make sure you are able to handle this weight, I’ve subsequently pulled a muscle in my back, the sandbags are easily removable so I’m going to use 10kg on walks until I’ve built up my strength enough to handle 20kg I must have been leaning forward to compensate because of the weight and pulled my middle back so remember to remain upright and aligned)

I was really excited to receive this weight gym vest after seeing the impressive photos online. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, the material quality is nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. In the advertisement, the vest looked robust and made of high-grade fabric. What I got, however, was a vest made of a flimsier material that feels like it won't endure regular use.The fit and finish are another letdown. It's uncomfortable and doesn't sit well on the body, unlike the sleek fit shown online. The weights also feel unevenly distributed, which is a major drawback for a product meant to enhance workout efficiency.While I appreciate the concept and the potential of this product, the misleading advertising and the gap in quality have left me quite dissatisfied. It's a shame because I really wanted this to work out. I hope the manufacturer takes note and improves the product to match its advertising.

Crap. Straight out of the box, one of the buckles was snapped, and 2 weight bags had split. Customer service were useless, wouldn't even entertain the idea of the supplier sending a replacement. Shame, because the weight is evenly distributed and feels comfy on, but I can't use it while it's flapping about!

Vest seems really well made. Weight is distributed nicely so after an hours walk I still felt fine. The walk nearly killed me but the vest felt fine! Yes they are sand bags as weights. Putting them back in was easy. You just have to let gravity do the work. Let the vest hang and slot the bags back in. 10kg is more than enough to make a walk hard trust me but I got 20kg as the price wasn't that much more.

Could be tighter at lower weights. But a really good investment. Can now perform at a much higher level in a shorter time.

Points to note: 1. I have a large muscular body type so this fitted me really well. I think that if you are on the slender side then it might be a bit loose on you so be prepared to tighten up the side material 2. Product looks really good and very tactical-like. Almost like I was part of a security team. 3. Each weight was 997g to 1003g so was happy with accuracy. 4. The shoulder section needs some additional padding so a bit of duct tape and some socks will solve that 5. When starting, I recommend you go with a low weight like 5-6kg and then slowly work your way up. I tend to do 8km walks on average so this was what I started with 6. Works as a great vest in case of cooler weather 7. Make sure you carefully balance the weights on the back and front so that your posture is just right. EG. You do not want to be overloaded on the back such that you have to lean forward etc 8. The empty pockets on the lower front right and left are perfect for umbrellas and thin drink bottles. I plan to snip that part of the Velcro such that I can leave the individual flap for the drink up with the other two fully velcro’d down 9. The other empty pockets are great for protein bars etc 10. The Velcro is really strong and the material of the product is structurally very solid. I read earlier reviews of this product that implies it was more like a shopping bag quality. I suspect they may have upped their production quality. The buckles are also good for me. I did not have any of the issues a few other users mentioned 11. It is a bit annoying trying to police the loose buckle straps so I might snip it down or use some rubber bands to keep them neat (visual thing for me) 1 month later 12. I no longer need shoulder pad protection. I just readjusted my weights a bit and the pain I feel on the pointy part of my left shoulder disappeared 13. Keep a spare chest pocket for your phone. FYI it fits my iPhone 15 Max Pro with case for reference 14. When jogging, I need to hold the weights close to my chest still to reduce the movement (even after tightening it to almost max. Not a big issue but annoying if you are an arm swinger

Easy to put on and take off with good quality that allows ease of adding weight or taking it out. Product was great to use right out of the box and is a benefit to my workouts while walking or doing functional strength training.

Entgegen der teils schlechten Bewertungen zur Qualität des Produkts kann ich nur sagen bei mir funktioniert die Weste einwandfrei und hat eine gute Qualität. Sicherlich kann man noch besseren Tragekomfort erreichen wenn man mehr Geld für eine Gewichtsweste ausgibt aber für 60€ könnte es meiner Meinung nach nicht besser sein. Die Weste sitzt gut, lässt sich einfach anpassen, die Gurte halten und die Schnallen sind nach häufiger Nutzung immernoch intakt. Ich kann das Produkt weiterempfehlen.
