Good little pan
I really like MasterClass pans - their non-stick is very good, and they're easy to clean - i sometimes soak them for a few minutes after using, and any food residue comes off with no difficulties. I looked at reviews before I bought my pan - I noticed that some people thought that the handle was too long and that this unbalanced the pan. However, I have not had any difficulties, and I feel that if the handle was shorter, people might burn their hand as the heat is conducted along the handle. I now have four MasterClass pans, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Love the Masterclass aluminium range
Love this pan, sturdy yet light weight at the same time and so easy to clean, even sugar based sauces just wipe of. Even heat distribution too and handle attaches to the base very firmly.

Good pan. As others have said though - handle is too heavy
Pretty good pan can't complain. Handle is heavy though and requires careful balancing on a gas hob or else it falls on itself (refer to video).Not a complete disaster but just something to bear in mind especially in the heat of cooking as can easily be knocked over.

Poorly balanced pan!
Started with one Master Class pan, was so impressed have bought more. This range looks good, and wears well under daily use The only issue is with the 20cm frying pan, on a typical 4 quarters / 4 armed gas ring. The handle is so large it causes the pan to tip. It’s ok on a work top or induction hob but as soon as you transfer it to a gas ring it tips in the direction of the handle. Skip this size and buy the bigger one - no problems with that.

Great pan but handle too heavy
This is a great little pan but the handle is too heavy and if it’s not put on the stove just right it will tip over.

Better than those "non stick" pans BY FAR
I love my Master Class pans. They clean EASIER than the Non Stick I already wasted money on (got two scratches on the NON STICK pans and they're only about 7 months old!). These ARE WORTH the money. I have a small fry pan and a 1 quart pot. Gonna get the big pan next. YES THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY! Besides, with Ama, if you don't like them, you can return them BUT I GUARANTEE you WON'T return them; you're going to fall in love with them. Don't look for it to come fast -- they are made in Australia and took some time to get to me BUT WORTH THE WAIT AND THE PRICE!

Lost non-stick within 1 month
My daughter burned something in this pan, and it is no longer non-stick.
