Great soil based probiotic
Excellent soil based probiotic. I am feeling so much better with this in my arsenal of gut health! I have had a really long health crisis and a functional medicine dr and naturopath helped me learn I need a soil based probiotic every day for my system right now and this has helped a lot with my digestive issues and I think it’s helping the pain in my gut too. I am not sure if it’s from the inflammation going down or what, but I am thankful for this product. It’s easy to swallow, I don’t taste anything and I don’t have any side effects, besides better health! Thank you!

Meh. I don’t think it does anything.
Recommend by my pharmacist. Did it do anything? I definitely couldn’t tell a difference, but it didn’t make anything worse either, so if you don’t mind the price try for yourself.
