Broke within the first week
While the watch is very pretty, I've only just opened up the packing (bought it in December - mistake #1 - not using it within 30 days), and began wearing it. It has been less than a week. (I wanted to move away from the fitness watch a little and wear something pretty). I am glad I noticed before it was lost, but one of the band's pins came out somehow somewhere, and it is nearly separated. It looks like two pins are used for each row, so it is still together, but I took it off, and in the purse it shall go. I cannot contact the company, tried finding contact info, and the Amazon bot was not helpful, because the purchase is 5 months old . Warning to others - don't be like me. When you order from Amazon, open inspect and try ALL items IMMEDIATELY. 30 days slips by fast! Now I am the proud owner of a watch i cannot wear, or will probably cost more to repair it than I paid. YAY
