Buy ViveSole Gel Heel Cups (Pair) - Silicone Cushion Insert Pads for Pain Relief, Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Shoes, Achilles Treatment - Foot Comfort Support Protectors for Women, Men(Pink, Small/Med) on desertcart.com ✓ FREE SHIPPING on qualified orders Review: Decent Heel Relief for Travelers, But Not a Total Cure - I’ve been dealing with some annoying heel pain lately—mostly a mix of plantar fasciitis and just general soreness from being on my feet too much. Living in Florida, I’m usually in lighter shoes, and I travel quite a bit, so I needed something I could swap between my sneakers and my casual boots without a huge hassle. I picked up these ViveSole Gel Heel Cups to see if they’d take the edge off. After using them for a few weeks, I have some thoughts. They aren’t a miracle cure, but they do serve a specific purpose. The Real-World Experience The first thing you notice is the texture. They are a soft, squishy silicone. If you’ve ever had that "stabbing" feeling in your heel when you first wake up or after standing in a security line for forty minutes, these do help. They act like a shock absorber for your heel bone. I’ve found them especially useful in my flatter shoes that have zero built-in support. Pros Good Impact Protection: They definitely soften the blow when your heel hits the pavement. It’s a noticeable difference compared to walking on a hard factory insole. Versatile Fit: I got the Large (Blue), and they fit into my sneakers, work shoes, and even some sturdier boots without making the shoe feel too tight. Easy Maintenance: Since they’re silicone, you can just rinse them off with a little soap if they get dusty or linty, and they’re sticky enough to stay put again. Value: Getting a pair for this price is a fair deal. It’s a cheap way to try out heel elevation before dropping $100+ on custom orthotics. Cons Stability Issues: Because they’re just gel cups and not full insoles, they can feel a bit "mushy." Sometimes it feels like my heel is sliding slightly side-to-side inside the shoe, which isn't ideal if you're walking on uneven ground. Heat: Being silicone, they don’t breathe. In the Florida humidity, my heels can get a little sweaty if I’m walking around outside for too long. Limited Arch Support: Just a heads-up—these are only for your heels. If your pain is actually coming from a collapsed arch, these won't do much for that. They just cushion the back. Practical Tips If you’re traveling, these are great because they’re small and light. I keep them in my carry-on and pop them into whatever shoes I’m wearing for a long day of walking. They are best for "impact" pain—like if you're standing on concrete floors all day. Value for Money Overall, the value is solid. They’re a simple, low-cost fix for minor heel spurs or that tired-feet feeling. They won't replace a podiatrist’s prescription, but for a casual buyer looking for a bit more "squish" in their step, they do exactly what they claim to do. Review: Feet never felt so good! - The insoles did a great and helped me feel pain free walking!

Cheap pain relief
I work food service and I'm constantly walking around a hard surface with thin shoes that have barely any support. I was miserable when I'd come home because of how much pain I'd be in. These insoles had me literally dancing at work, they're so comfortable on the heels. They cushion the sorest parts of my feet and make walking painless while I'm wearing them. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for cushioning to get through long shifts. A few criticisms: I've had them for a week and they've already begun to crack down the centre, so they're definitely NOT durable (not the biggest issue because they're cheap). They're pretty good with adhesion but one has been slipping around a bit. My feet still hurt just as much when I take my shoes off and am walking around at home so they don't offer any long term pain relief.

Good, but sticky
These are as described except they really do not stick to the shoe. But they stay in place pretty well. They work fine though, but my biggest issue is that they stick to my feet. I wear these in my summer slip on shoes, so I do not wear socks. They stick to my skin and it's a bit annoying. I actually put a little baby powder on them before I put my shoes on to remedy this, but it only works for a couple of hours and then they are sticking to my skin again. So if you will use with socks then they are fine, but if not then you might want something else. The gel is comfortable, and work well besides the non sticking to the bottom of the shoe, and the sticking to skin. (They don't stick where they should and do stick where they shouldn't lol)

They worked to prevent another painful plantar fasciitis attack.
15 years ago, I had SO very painful plantar fasciitis. I had to go to the doctor and get cortisone shots. Fortunately, that helped. I was pain free for years. Then about 2 years ago, I started to feel some pain in my heels again. I was worried that a full-blown pain attack was around the corner, and I would need a doctor visit and more shots maybe. But I decided to try these ViveSole Heel Cups instead. And to my complete delight, the pain went away in a short a time and it has been gone since. I wear them in my favorite all-purpose sneakers, which I wear about 75% or more of the time. I continue wearing ViveSole Heel Cups and I buy new replacements every now and again as a continuous preventative. They are comfortable and I believe they have helped prevent another painful plantar fasciitis attack.

All around terrible.
I wanted to like these, but ended up throwing them away. The problems: 1. They are so thick that, when I put them into my shoes, my foot barely fit in with them. I can't imagine them working well unless you are wearing a shoe that's already one size too big. 2. There's no structure at all to them -- they're just thick squishy silicone. When I walk wearing them, my feet sort of wobble around in my shoe -- I nearly rolled an ankle, and I was wearing flats! It's like walking on half-melted Jell-O. 3. The cups adhesive did not stick to the inside of the shoe, but the non-adhesive side stuck to my foot. So when I would take a (wobbly, squishy) step, the heel cup would end up coming right out of the shoe, clinging to my heel. 4. They STANK. After about two hours, they smelled so bad that I was getting whiffs of plasticky foot-stink wafting up from under my desk! I ended up taking off my shoes, peeling the heel cups off my skin, and throwing them out. 5. And after all that, they didn't actually help my plantar fasciitis pain at all. In fact, the wobbliness of trying to walk with thick squishy things in my shoes made the pain worse. Don't waste your money on these.

I had severe heel pain due to uneven landing while playing badminton. These heel cups helped me very much. The shoe also lasts longer now and there is no pain in the heels. Its value for money.

I shattered my ankle and foot so I get really bad pain and walk even heavier on my heels then before. These help so that I can not be in as much pain.

These gel inserts are extremely comfortable, firm but not hard when walking on them and they don't move in the shoe. I've been suffering from chronic back pain due to my legs being different lengths and these inserts pretty much eliminated my back pain. Glad I found these!
