I really like these headphones. Firstly, they are light and comfortable, though it took a few hours of wearing them for them not to feel a little annoying after about a half hour of listening/wearing. The cups clear my big ol’ dinner plate ears well, and the band is not bothersome on the top of my Cretan skull. I have a pretty large head, seriously. Secondly, they sound great. These are replacing a pair of Raycons I had for years that had become pretty bedraggled and tattered. The sound profile is similar, but a good bit punchier and slightly more dynamic while still retaining warmth overall. I have read that these are considered bass-heavy in their sound signature, which might be a little true, but I don’t find them distractingly so at all. And their equalization is adjustable in the app if I ever feel the need to sculpt their vibe. These get a bit louder than the Raycons too, which I like from time to time. The app, however, will alert you if you listen at too high a decibel rating for too long, which some might find invasive, but I actually appreciate the heads up. I am a complete dunderhead if left unchecked My third point is about the app that I’ve already touched on. Through I have kept the equalizer off other that futzing with it when I first got these, it is a pretty good, easily navigable and intuitive app. It also keeps track of your listening habits and allows you to adjust the volume, etc. from your phone. It does a bunch of other crap, too. Handy. Fourthly, the noise cancelling is good, though I really wouldn’t care if these didn’t have noise cancelling at all. I leave it on auto and the app informs me if it switched to ambient when I am walking around. When I am sitting on my porch, for example, it knows I am “staying” and it activates the noise cancelling, but if I get up to toss a beer can in the recycling, it switched to ambient so I can hear the can go “clink!” when I toss it. These things are smarter than I am! Anyway, periods of “staying” punctuated by and beer-can-tossing is about as hectic as it gets around here. I can tell these’d be great on a flight or while riding as a passenger in a car. In those contexts, though, I am usually too interested in all the morons around me than to check out with headphones. I typically use these things at home. Lastly—the price. I got them for $100. About the cost of a light grocery store run these day. I mean, come on. If I LOST a Franklin, I’d be mortified, but only for a few days or so. Definitely a fair deal. Anyway, I am glad I bought them and see them lasting a good while. Definitely recommend. A little light and can feel flimsy but long lasting battery and sound quality make this worth your while! I wear them at work so and while working out. They’re comfortable for extensive wear and do not fall off while sweating.

These are good headphones. I used them primarily for use with my tablet to watch NFL football and movies. The are comfortable and have good sound quality. The build quality is OK - not sure how well all that plastic will hold up over time. The biggest problem for me was the controls. You can tell that whoever designed the buttons have never used them. The buttons are impossible to tell apart with your fingertips. Every time I want to adjust the volume I have to spend 15 seconds searching for the right button - they all feel the same to the touch. Incredibly stupid design, especially considering that these are made by Sony - masters of industrial design. It also would have been nice if they came with a case to keep them in, like my old Aiwa's did. I haven't used the ANC, so I can't comment on that feature. So far, the battery life seems excellent. I have used them for approx. 10 hours, and the battery is still 90%. There is a companion app used to control the headphones, but I'm not certain if it's required to pair and use them.

These are lightweight but powerful! The noise cancellation is surprisingly effective, and the sound quality is fantastic for both music and calls. Battery life could be a tad better.

So glad i purchased these. They work very well and is a quality item. Plus the price was good and so was the delivery time.

I like these headphones. My only complaint is that I can't remove the headphone cups and clean them after working out. I will be looking for that as a feature when I get new headphones eventually. Battery life is good. Quick charge too.

Love these they are so easy to use and comfortable

Packaging un pò scarno, mi aspettavo almeno un sacchetto o custodia leggera per conservare le cuffie o per il trasporto. Dall' altro lato però abbiamo oltre al cavo di ricarica USB-C - USB-C anche un cavo jack da 3,5 abbastanza lungo, circa 1,20 mt circa poco più, mentre il cavo di ricarica è circa 60 cm. Rispetto alla versione vecchia che aveva il cavo USB-A sono più che soddisfatto del doppio connettore USB-C, finalmente si punta verso un'unificazione di connettori. Autonomia dichiarata di 35 ore e con appena 3 minuti di ricarica abbiamo 60 minuti di riproduzione audio. Equalizzatore personalizzabile dall'app "Sound Connect", noise cancelling (cancellazione del rumore) con tasto on/off dal padiglione dx della cuffia oltre che dall'app. L'app sfortunatamente per i dispositivi apple non è disponibile per Mac ma solo per iPhone e iPad infatti hanno la certificazione "Apple MFI". Per Android nessun problema, la potrete installare nel vostro smartphone come tablet o tv smart Android. L'app è molto utile e ti permette di personalizzare e sfruttare al meglio queste cuffie. Molto carina l'individuazione da parte delle cuffie, tramite app e quindi GPS/localizzazione, della zona, ovvero, se per esempio passiamo dallo studio alla cucina o al salotto o al balcone possiamo, sempre tramite l'app, impostare la cancellazione del rumore on/off automatica e altre diverse impostazione automatizzate che ci permettono di rendere la cuffia autonoma ed intelligente. Comoda anche la funzione "multi point" che ci permettere di avere collegati fino a 2 dispositivi simultaneamente alle nostre cuffie. Quindi passare da un dispositivo all'altro in maniera automatica semplicemente accedendo ad uno streaming audio o video da un dispositivo all'altro. Dopo averle provate un pò posso dire che la qualità audio è davvero soddisfacente per essere delle cuffie di media qualità. Ricarica ed autonomia della batteria ottima, naturalmente con l'utilizzo del jack 3,5 avremo una carica maggiore ma soprattutto un audio nettamente migliore. L'attenuazione del rumore attiva è ottima dentro casa e discreta in luogo pubblici e affollati. In casa o in studio ti isoli praticamente. L'elettronica non a caso è la stessa di quelle cuffie della categoria Sony medio/alta. Certo c'è una leggera perdita di qualità audio rispetto al modello "pro" che però costa 3 volte tanto e se non ne dovete fare un uso professionale vanno benissimo. Cuffia completamente in plastica tranne le slitte dell'archetto che sono in metallo. I materiali li avrei preferiti più ricercati e devo dir la verità, i padiglioni non sono del tutto comodissimi, per lo meno all'inizio mi ci sono dovuto abituare ma alla fine ci sta, il tutto rispecchia il prezzo che si è pagato le cuffie. Audio 360° non è sempre fruibile, servono infatti software di streaming a pagamento dedicate allo streaming audio 360°. Per la custodia di trasporto l'ho trovata qui si amazon a circa 20 euro, ha all'interno un inserto felpato dello stesso colore delle cuffie e ha una tasca per riporre cavi etc...

Trois fois moins cher que son grand frère de la série 1000, ce casque est néanmoins de très bonne qualité. L'écoute est agréable, le son est top. Isole bien de l'entourage. Un casque confortable qui me convient parfaitement pour un usage quotidien. Excellent choix sans dépenser trop.

Meine Erwartungshaltung an diesen Kopfhörer war zunächst denkbar gering - umso beeindruckender fiel die positive Überraschung aus, als ich ihn erstmals in den Händen hielt und in Betrieb nahm. Bereits beim ersten Kontakt überzeugt das ausgesprochen geringe Gewicht von knapp 200 Gramm, das sich insbesondere bei längeren Hörsessions als äußerst angenehm erweist. Sowohl die Optik als auch die Haptik vermitteln einen hochwertigen Eindruck, und auch die Bedienung erschließt sich nach kurzer Einarbeitung als intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit des kabelgebundenen Betriebs ohne eingeschaltetes Gerät - ein Detail, das im Alltag einen echten Mehrwert darstellt. Gerade im Vergleich zu meinen langjährigen Erfahrungen mit Kopfhörern von Bowers & Wilkins, die zwar ebenfalls einen Kabelbetrieb ermöglichen, dabei jedoch eingeschaltet bleiben müssen, weiß ich diese Funktion sehr zu schätzen. Wie bei anderen Kopfhörern entfaltet auch dieses Modell sein volles klangliches Potenzial erst nach einer gewissen Einspielzeit von etwa 50 bis 100 Stunden. Doch bereits "out of the box" überzeugte der Klang mit bemerkenswerter Qualität. Nach nunmehr zweimonatiger Nutzung hat sich der Kopfhörer zu meinem persönlichen Favoriten entwickelt. Im direkten Vergleich mit dem Sony MDR-M1 (zum Kaufzeitpunkt lag der Preis bei 245,00 EUR) attestiere ich dem hier rezensierten Modell sowohl klanglich als auch hinsichtlich des Tragekomforts die überzeugendere Gesamtperformance. Klanglich präsentiert sich der Sony WH-CH720N trotz seiner geschlossenen Bauweise überraschend luftig und differenziert. Die Räumlichkeit ist hervorragend, die Dynamik lebendig und ausgewogen. Auch der Bass verdient Erwähnung: stets kraftvoll und präsent, ohne dabei an Präzision einzubüßen oder ins Unsaubere abzudriften. Insgesamt wirkt das Klangbild natürlich und unverfälscht, wodurch verschiedenste Musikgenres gleichermaßen zur Geltung kommen und dies unabhängig von der jeweiligen (gerätespezifischen) Musikquelle. Ich habe ihn überwiegend per Bluetooth betrieben, wobei die Verbindung auch über größere Distanzen hinweg stabil blieb, sowohl mit einer japanischen Version des Sony NW-A306, als auch mit einem Samsung Galaxy S25 und mehreren ThinkPads. Das Noise Cancelling arbeitet gut bis sehr gut, spielte für meine Nutzung jedoch eine untergeordnete Rolle. Die von Sony zur Verfügung gestellte App machte auf mich einen soliden und leicht zu bedienenden Eindruck - ich habe mich lediglich anfangs etwas mit ihr auseinandergesetzt und sie danach nicht mehr genutzt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem die Akkulaufzeit: Die vom Hersteller angegebenen rund 35 Stunden erweisen sich im Alltag als durchaus realistisch und ermöglichen eine sehr ausdauernde Nutzung. Gerade angesichts des sehr günstigen Preises (derzeit, am 4.4.2026, liegt er bei 62,12 EUR; bei Markteinführung lag er bei 149,99 EUR) überrascht und überzeugt die gebotene Gesamtleistung umso mehr: Klangqualität, Tragekomfort und Funktionalität bewegen sich auf einem Niveau, das man in dieser Preisklasse - und weit darüber hinaus - keineswegs erwarten würde. In dieser Kombination ergibt sich ein außergewöhnlich sensationelles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das den Kopfhörer klar von allen Mitbewerbern abhebt. Wer einen vielseitigen, klangstarken und äußerst komfortablen Kopfhörer zu einem ausgesprochen günstigen Kurs sucht, kommt an diesem Kopfhörer nicht vorbei. Von mir eine uneingeschränkte Top-Empfehlung.
