This is a great iron. I'm tired of spending gobs of money on big-name brands for irons that tucker out too quickly. I decided to look for an off-brand instead, and I'm very pleased with this. It's a good, heavy-duty appliance, but not too heavy in weight. It's well made with simple control functions and a variety of heat level options. The steam function is excellent; it removes wrinkles easily.

I like the slightly heavier weight of this iron, its smooth ceramic plate, and its functioning. It really warms up fast and, boy, what steam you can get (or you can set the steam lower if you like). One thing I would change which does not affect the ironing operation in any way is the on-off dial. It sits directly beneath the handle, and it is not that easy to see or set the settings. I put a dot of nail polish where the dial indicates 'off' and another dot where the machine says 'off'. That way I can line up the dots and be sure I have shut off the iron fully. I hope the manufacturer can redesign the settings dial or add these kinds of indicators. In any event I would buy this iron again in an instant for its value, functionality and quality.

Great product

What a difference a great product makes when ironing clothes! It's heavy, which is good when trying to get out any wrinkles and also has great steam.

This iron is worthy of 5 stars! I love everything about it. It heats up quickly. The temperature control is spot-on. After nearly a year of heavy use, it still produces plenty of steam and does not leak at all. It's as good or better than irons I've paid twice the price for. Highly recommend!

As irons go this one has the same basic features as every one I have every had. It sprays, it squirts, it steams and it has a variety of fabric settings. The only thing I don't particularly like is the smaller size of the ironing plate but I think most of today's irons are like that. The price was ok and the quality seems good.

Like 1.it looks modern .Didnt get to toast it because Dislikes It is 120v- I live in a 240v power supply region It has a 2 pin(North America)-not compatible with most sockets in my region Summary-it is packed in a box and I am wondering what to do with it . It is not suitable for me

I'm a seamstress so I need a really good iron. I've had a Rowenta for 5 years but it had leakage issues that became unsafe so that's why I shopped around! I've never had an iron with a ceramic soleplate & so when I used this for the first time I was amazed, it literally floats over fabric! The heat disbursement is top notch & it's not really heavy, which is great if you have sore hands like mine! The ONLY criticism, & it's very minor, is the area where you pour the water in, it could be a tad more accessible, but as I say that's really no big deal. Ironing/pressing is going to be a true joy with this iron & I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

I bought this iron in January 2025 and have been using it since then. Sometime around March the steam button started sticking. It is on and off now. Otherwise, it is a good quality iron. Update: October-2025 - The steam button started working again in May and has been working well ever since. (I am not sure what happened before. We may have used in incorrectly).

Stopped working after 3-4 uses, very disappointed
