Yes. I believe the recommendation is to wash it in cold water and to let it air dry. That's how I've been doing it and it's worked well.

where are these made?

They are shipped from China. I am still waiting for my order and it has been almost a month since I ordered. They also only shipped one and are sending a second package with the other one.

How do you wear like the picture? Every time I have it straight around my head the stretchy material likes to pull its self below my nose?
