It’s working!! Slow but works!! I’m on day 60 and although I know I won’t see/feel full results until day 90, I can say that how I feel today at day 60; it’s night and day from when I started. I feel the energy is back and I’m not angry anymore! I was thanking God last night because I truly feel I’m myself again!

Firstly, if you’re looking at this product, you’re probably wondering what is wrong with you and how you might fix it. Girl, I know. I get it. I felt like I was loosing my mind. I started 3 months ago, and I have noticed a total shift. (I also take a good probiotic, soluble fiber, and a D3/magnesium blend for the RLS.) First, the panic attacks went away. Then, I stopped having those 1 or 2 days a month where I just couldn’t stop crying. At first, it felt strange to have so much time on my hands. But I gradually began to accept a new pace, allowing myself to slow down. My libido went from nonexistent to like it was when we were newlyweds! I started reading books that I had put off for years. I started doing stretches. My back pain eased. My headaches stopped. And I began to really appreciate being outdoors, alone. Stress will absolutely kill you. Don’t just take these pills and hope it goes away. Make room in your life for rest. But also, these help. I know because I stopped taking them for about a week and started feeling some of my symptoms coming back. It doesn’t get rid of all of your symptoms. This is going to be a new phase of your life now. But you’re not alone. You can get help. And you can take charge of your health in a way that makes it bearable. 😘

For me an excellent product. It says results in 30 or more days however I got great results in less than 48 hours. Thank goodness this product exists, great price too. I have been sharing the brand with others. I was having a very difficult time (understatement), and now really so much better, and improved quality of life. I also get 20+ minutes a day of sunlight and this combination has been exceptional. Thank you again for this great product.

My personal experience with Amberen has been nothing but fantastic. It helps with my hot flashes and overheating. The fact that it does not require prescription and is this effective is amazing. I highly recommend.

I know what was promised but none of that happened. I took this product for 60 days and it didn’t help with sleep issues, hot flashes, night sweats, mood, or anything else that it advertised. I disagree about the value for the money. These was no taste. Yes, it was easy to use but I’d rather that the ingredients actually worked.

Honestly I couldn’t tell this was working at first. After a few months I noticed the hot flashes and the night sweats were less and less. I take them daily with breakfast and so far no side effects. I noticed that I stopped taking this for like 3 weeks and the hot flashes were coming back. The product is effective but I wish it was ,ore affordable because you need the, every month. I rather take this one even though I am in menopause. The vit. B component is super helpful.

Not for everybody… read the ingredient to be sure that you are not allergic… it has great reviews and my friendh recommended it to me… She also has great results, but I can not take it due to the ingredients.

Anyone who thinks or knows they may be in perimenopause NEEDS this supplement. I cannot speak to all of the different symptoms that the packaging claims to help, but I will say that it helped me with mine--hot flashes and night sweats. They were awful! I would wake up multiple times a night. I started taking these and my symptoms started improving within a couple of days and were completely gone within the week. I've now been on this supplement for 4 years and I cannot even imagine how miserable I would be without them. I even told my PCP about them!
