one of the zip pull bits - just the easy pull loop bit not the actually zip - broke as soon as I used it and the bag was empty at the time. It has plenty of flexibility but with the back pack straps on the main bag and the font bag combined with the size of the handle unit inside the bag and wheels it's bulky and not as spacious as I had hoped. I should know by now but multi purpose requires compromises. I knew the bag would have some but the mentioned points are more of a compromise than I expected. I will use mainly for flying which means I need to remove the main bag shoulder straps and not take or put the zip off small back pack inside the bag to get through some hand baggage size checks. In short the biggest down side is if you want a spacious wheeled cabin bag that works on airlines with a strict hand luggage policy this is probably not the bag for you.

I purchased one of these £300 bag sets and for £300 I would expect a quality product. The wheeled cabin bag is well built and designed and I have not run into any issues with it.The backpack on the other hand has been appalling. The original bag I ordered arrived with the internal mesh compartment detached from its frame so that it had a hole in it. After this I had the bag replaced.Since that time I have used the replacement bag on two trips, during which time the bag has largely only been worn during traveling (on aircraft or trains.) In this time the internal velcro which secures the laptop sleeve has begun to detach from the laptop sleeve.While I might tolerate this on a bag which cost £30 it is appalling on what is supposed to be a high end travel product.
