X600, X500, Motion 300.
I purchased the Motion X600 last November for the full price and was blown away by how good it sounded. 4 months later, I purchased a Motion 300 and was again blown away by how good this little speaker sounded. I was so impressed I went to purchase another Motion 300 but in green as I liked the colour and i was prepared to pay the full price of £90, but there was the Motion X500 on sale for £90 so I got this instead, ofcourse a no brainer! Especially at that price. I originally wrote a long review on the Motion x600 and these two other speakers, but... I kept changing my mind as to which was the best speaker rated from 1st to 3rd. I ended up deleting the review because I could not make my mind up. 🙃. This review was the top rated review for the x600. All 3 speakers sound fantastic! And have their own unique sound scape due to the different driver set ups. The build quality is top class, I've watched YouTube tear downs of all 3 speakers, and the build, quality, and components used are high quality, and the speakers are well made. It's surprising how soundcore can sell these at these prices? All 3 speakers are worth their full asking price, in my opinion, and are just as good as or even better than the big speaker brands out there, and for half the price. The sound quality is fantastic! The clarity is exceptional, Crystal clear vocals, highs, and mids with deep lows. The spacial, high-resolution sound is an experience when listening. The speakers sound open and much larger than their actual size and will fill a room with high-quality sound, and this is soundcores' first attempt at spacial audio! Well done! I haven't even tried the LDAC option because the sound quality already sounds high definition. Honestly, I can't listen to any of my previous speakers after listening to these soundcore speakers. I have tried... Trust me, I have a couple of large Sony bluetooth speakers, an Echo Studio, and a few others. They now sound like they have no clarity and sound muddy compared to the Soundcore speakers. I used to casually enjoy listening to my echo 4th gen speaker, but not anymore. It sounds awful compared to these soundcore series. Soundcore has done an amazing job with these speakers. The algorithms and magic they've used to create the spacial listening experience is an experience in itself. I wouldn't call it 3D where you can hear music all around you like some have stated? It's an immersive open sound rather than a directional sound like a normal Bluetooth speaker. For example, if I was blindfolded and played any of my previous Bluetooth speakers, I could point out exactly where the sound was coming from because the sound is directional. With the soundcore speakers, it would be harder to point exactly where the sound was coming from because the sound is much wider and more open and not directional if that makes sense. I now own a Motion x600, x2 Motion x500s, and a motion 300. I just love these speakers and have to give them the credit they deserve. I was lucky with the x500 as I purchased them when they were on sale for £90 & £80. The x600 is the better speaker. A wide open sound and the best spacial sound scape due to having 5 different drivers. Clearer instrument separation and more detailed. The X500 is more 'V' shaped sounding with a narrower sound scape compared to the x600 but has a higher sound scape and better vocals, in my opinion. I use the x500 most of the time. This is my go-to speaker. The Motion 300 is an amazing speaker for its size. It almost sounds as good as the others, less the power. Although it has no spacial speaker on top, it still sounds open and spacial, much larger than its actual size. Don't be fooled by its small size! The 9 band graphic equaliser in the app is great. I originally used the built-in soundcore signature equaliser but eventually created my own for a more personal listening experience. Whatever speaker you choose, you won't be disappointed. They are all 10/10 in my personal opinion and worth every penny, even at their full price. I would have liked to have seen the option of a power supply lead and also a removable battery compartment to replace the battery in the future. When the battery finally drains, will I still be able to power the speakers via the USBC lead? Just a thought. *Update* Dec 2024 I finally purchased my 2nd Motion 300 for £60 on black Friday, in green. At such a low price, the temptation was too great! I paired this to my other Motion 300 via 'TWS' True Wireless Stereo and 'Wow!' As usual with these speakers, i was blown away by the sound quality. These speakers sound fantastic on their own but pair two of the same speakers together and 'Wow!' You're on another level. 2 Motion 300s in the standing position sounded better than a single X500 or X600, in my opinion. I even paired my two X500s for the first time but preferred the sound of the two Motion 300s. Pairing the speakers is a breeze. Turn on your 1st speaker and connect to your phone as normal, then turn on your 2nd speaker. Push and hold down the Bluetooth button on your 2nd speaker for 2-3 seconds until it flashes white. Then, on your 1st speaker do the same, hold down the Bluetooth button for 2-3 seconds, and the speakers instantly connect! You will hear this. The speaker with the 'Blue' Bluetooth light is the 'Left Channel', and the speaker with the 'White' Bluetooth light is the 'Right Channel'. It's that simple. Anytime in the future, when you have 1 speaker playing and turn on the 2nd speaker, they automatically connect. If you want to unpair both speakers, just hold down the Bluetooth button on either one of the speakers for 2-3 seconds, and they disconnect from each other. If you can afford to purchase two of the same speakers, i would highly recommend especially two motion 300s 👌 but, anyone of these speakers sounds great on its own. The Bluetooth connection on these speakers, whether pairing together or a device, is flawless.

Great sound quality! Bluetooth and Aux options are useful
This speaker is brilliant! I spent a LONG time trying to find a quality speaker with Bluetooth and Aux options so it could be used with my phone, tv and record player and this speaker is perfect for all of those. The sound output is incredible - very clear and rich. The bass is crazy! You’re also about to adjust the EQ in the Soundcore app. I like that you can swap between 360° output or front speaker only (never come across this before so it’s a fun option to have). The speaker itself is quite heavy/large but I think that’s to be expected with it being high quality/price. Colour and design are really nice and the battery life is amazing. Very easy to set up via the app or manually. The full price is a bit high but I managed to get it in the sale. Hopefully this will be the last speaker I buy for a long time!

By far the best of the 30 or so speakers I own
I am in no way connected with the manufacturer and paid full price for this speaker. I'm not loyal to any particular brand, and own speakers by Bose, Sonos, B&O and many other manufacturers. The price of this speaker is in the middle of the range, as compared to my other speakers, but is by a significant margin, my favourite. Did my head explode when I hit the 'spatial audio' button? no. Does the sound seem to come from all around you? no. Does the speaker sound great and have a wide soundstage? yes! The speaker feels like it has been tuned to my precise preferences: vocals jump out of the speaker and 'fizz'...not in a bad way, there's no sibilance or distortion, just lovely crisp highs and a very deep bass for the size of the speaker. The amount of bass that you'll experience depends on the song and location - outdoors, bass frequencies get lost, but in a bathroom or toilet scenario, you'll notice a lot more bass. This is a speaker that really can make certain songs sound epic, and if the speaker is positioned correctly, so that there are surfaces for the sound to bounce off on the left and right of the speaker, it can sound like the audio is coming from 'outside' of the speaker, giving the impression of 3 speakers - one in the middle and one on the left and right. I can't say I've yet experienced any kind of surround sound effect, however. I have around 30 portable speakers, some of which cost similar money, plus numerous mains powered speakers, and I have to say, the listening experience is so good with this speaker, that I shall always feel a bit underwhelmed by my other speakers - they just don't create such an exciting and detailed sound as this one can. Top marks Soundcore, and for a fair price too! I hope this was helpful!

My Roberts internet radio died, so I decided to stream radio from my phone to a Bluetooth speaker as an alternative. The Roberts was a solid performer and I knew the Soundcore had big boots to fill. It managed to do that, with no issues. I am happy with the sound and it sits on a shelf in my bedroom, permanently connected to power. I can even turn off the lights on the app, so it doesn't cast a glow across the room. Well made and a balanced sound. Wouldn't pay full price but well worth it when reduced.

I needed these speakers to compensate for the classic conundrum clash, consumers have little choice to choose between the splendidly superb & spectacular 10-bit color as well as the crystal clear clarity (e.g.) the 32" class Samsung Q60A panel versus its anorexic sound due to contemporary esthetics in addition to the unprecedentedly bizarre clause in our apartment that bars bringing in items unless brought by the owner! which precludes me from having to pass up more appropriate $300-$400 soundbars! Nevertheless, I hope I solved the sound issue scourging modern tellies! Out Of Box Experience Upon delivery via one of my siblings On Wednesday 27th December 2023, I was impressed with the brawniness of the boxes as well as the Rubix cube-style, Matryoshka doll challenge exclusively to open it up which began with an outside sleeve which introduced its newly minted owner to the speaker's attributes in polyglot languages; then came the sleeve separating the two levels of cellophane wrap as well as the foam which looks to be a half-inch thick holding the 2.3' USB-C to C cable designed to be used with a wall charger, a Safety & 10 page Quick Start pamphlets, @ the top there's a UPC, the International Environmental & Radio regulationatory agencies this device has to conform to before being approved for sale on the global markets. Finally, at the bottom, a serial number UPC! Construction This Motion X600 consists of a three-part fabrication; a handle & grill forged from aluminum on the front with a color-coordinated plastic posterior available in "Polar Black", "Lunar Blue" and "Aurora Green" upon visual inspection is difficult to discern where the aluminum metal ends & the plastic begins! Meanwhile, the handle has respectively, "Spatial Harmony" & "High Fidelity Audio" in block font along the bottom left & right ends of the handle as well as "Soundcore" in stylized lettering on the top right. The ridges that aid grip-ability are located in the bottom middle part while the perimeter periphery is smooth. Staying in the back has a unique rubber stop flap which guarantees the X600 its Ingress Protection Level 7 status that enables the speaker can handle H2O from misting & condensation up to an accidential dunk up to a meter for 30 minutes. the rear also conceals a passive radiator, linked to the Midrange "Sky Driver" but helps the system sound better via Digital Sound Processing, a USB-C port as well as a 1/8" auxiliary jack. Driver Configuration The Anker Soundcore Motion X600 Speaker System is a 3-way, quintuple driver powered by 5 amplifiers producing 10-watt RMS for a total of 50 watts RMS configured as twin 2.06" woofers, duo 1.06" tweeters & a unique 1.92" passive radiator augmented midrange "Sky Driver" Spatial Driver is controlled by a 12 core Intel i7 12700K processor clocked from 3.6-5.0 GHz, ohm: N/A, Frequency Response: 48-40,000Hz+- 2.84dB, Horizontal Dispersion, 5.49dB, Signal to Noise Ratio: 72dB, Total Harmonic Distortion: <1%, Sensitivity, 92.1dB, Crossover: 54Hz, 2,500 Hz & 19,100Hz, Battery, SW-34MP2S2P; 6400mAh Dimensions: 6.25" High x 11.75" Wide x 3.88" deep, Weight: 5.17lbs. I charged my first Motion X600 with a 45watt Samsung wall charger connected to a 100watt Anker cable taking 4.5 hours to charge while the 2nd X600 was charged using an Anker 30watt wall charger with a second 100watt cable connected to two of the 8 electrical outlets which was done in 5 hours. When both speakers completed their compulsory charging session, on Thursday, December 28th, 2023, most of the scribes advised switching on both the Spatial Audio & Bass Buttons to mitigate its mettle as well as promote the prowess of the Motion X600 otherwise owners would likely feel the engineering savants were snookering them impacting future sales. Eargasmic Ecstasy! That began when I decided to play my 450-song Latino 🎄Carols playlist on YouTube Music designed to tide me over a 13-hour journey from Gastonia, North Carolina to Philadelphia! Once I activated, the 15-segment equalizer, the Spatial & Bass buttons It was 😱WOW!!!, WOW SQUARED!!!!!!, WOW CUBED!!!!!!!!!! 😲 It was as if I heard the music for the first time! for it sent chills through my body to not just the 🦴s but the bone marrow! Which is exactly how good the X600s are! Sibling #6 was as duly impressed with the speakers as he was with my Q60A panel when was deployed 21 months ago! for he considers them Home Theater caliber! This was confirmed on Three Kings Day/Epiphany; January 6, 2024, when after still trying to use the Soundcore app to no avail, it was not only severing The True Wireless Stereo bond but replaced the X600 pairing with the generic LG driver on the TV which necessitated a speaker reset so in despair, I watched "Terminator; Judgment Day" & realized how good the X600 sounded as normal solitary speakers when I could readily discern where the various soundtrack aspects occurred via the individual speaker drivers! Once I reset the speaker it started at maximum volume which almost got us reported by the next-door neighbors for bringing the noise! After a successful reset, and recharge (for 7 & 8 hours) which for an idiosyncratic orientation, included playing the YouTube playlist, I watched & thoroughly enjoyed the lush, vigorously robust soundtrack of "Wonder Woman 1984" & Quite honestly, What I heard through my 👂holes brought me back to when I had my last CRT, The NEC 2030S & my first LCD panel, the Samsung LN-T1954 when TVs had enough space to include decent stereo sound to match their displays! The Soundcore App It's an authentic atrocity that this program is oriented toward audio music when the Motion X600 itself can adapt itself to Audio/Video Home Theater & worse yet when I called Anker Innovations Tech Support on January 2nd, they confirmed its bias toward record collections because every time I endeavor to utilize its features, it shut down the TRUE WIRELESS STEREO facet which is the reason why I strived to save the >$200 more to score the second speaker! which rendered the other speaker as mute as a mime, furthermore, the app caused more agita by making it more problematic to pair with my Samsung Q60A panel! I sincerely wish and desire that this Cucaracha is finally fumigated from future updates ASAP! STAT! In addition from December 28th, 2023, when I first tried to establish a legitimate Soundcore Account it wouldn't recognize it even though I followed the procedure precisely to the letter! Conclusion I'm happy that the operation of these Anker Soundcore Motion X600 speaker systems isn't dependent upon this program because they sound incredibly amazing, augmented by its uniquely innovative design & technologies both external & internal, its configuration and price. And the President Grant-sized discount on top makes it even more of a steal of a deal! Addendum: Monday 12 February, 2024 One of my pet peeves with my pair is that I had to sync it with the YouTube Music account before working successfully with my panel; for the past month after subsequent charging sessions, that weirdness has vanished. Both speakers hook up normally, provided that the owner/operator powers them in the proper sequence Also, I acquired the 45-watt Anker 313 wall charger for the 2nd speaker to have them fully charged & ready at the same time enhancing my satisfaction with these speakers.
