Love this stuff

The tropical punch is my favorite of the Liquid IV flavors, and I find it somewhat addicitve. It's just sweet enough to satisfy that craving, and no caffeine, so I can drink it in the evening. As someone who sweats alot and doesn't love Gatorade, I find these very helpful and convenient.

Taste is wonderful

I drink tons of water and sweat a lot from working in agriculture, on days where I feel sluggish one of these really help refuel my system. Unfortunately one of the packages arrived torn, but all other were unopened.

I have POTS and drink 1 or two of these a day. This is a pretty good flavor. Good amount of electrolytes. Beware of drinking too many because if all the B vitamins. Don't want to overdose.
