Surprisingly works well
This seemed a little cheap when I purchased it. Because it’s cheap it didn’t go up the easiest and there are some minor wrinkles in it. However, aside from it not being aesthetically pleasing due to my own doing it works wonders. My little gremlin hasn’t gotten through it yet (knock on wood).

Amazing fix for living with scratch-happy cats!
I have a cat who positively adores destroying every single doorframe in my home. Every other day, I used to hear my little four-legged headache decide to take out whatever mood he's in out on the doorframe. It was so bad at one point, I had to go for broke and replace the wood due to it looking like Taz the Tasmanian Devil had at it! But with this tape? I've had it on for nearly three years solid and it still has a fantastic holdfast! It adheres quickly and cleanly, clear and doesn't clash with any color or material like wood or drywall. It's the perfect width for most home doorframes, having great coverage where he can't get a grip at any angle! Thick enough to cover, not too bulky or long where it would get caught in the doorway. For what this tape has saved me in future expenses, it's absolutely worth it!

CONSTRUCTION STRENGH ADHEISVE WILL RUIN YOUR FUENITURE. NOT FOR FURNITURE. NOT FOR WALLS OR CARPETS.
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. It's practically an industrial strengh adhesive. Took me years to recover my sofas. No idea how they market this for furniture when it's adhesive is so strong it ruins everything. It was impossible to pry it off, I had to agonizingly slowly run a hair dryer to slightly melt it to be able to pry it off. And it left a RIDICULOUS amount of adhesive on. Literally tried everything from steam cleaning (dupray steamer, so not a small handheld one, a proper strong unit) to soap, to laundry detergent to water vacuum extraction. I even used goo gone. I tried oil. Nothing properly rekobed the adhesive. I gave up on it for a couple of years and was going to buy a new sofa, but I decided to try again. The only thing that finally made a difference was to put cornstarch on the fabric dry, then use the flat side of a credit card (old one or any old card) and use it's edge to scrape off as much as possible. I had to even use literal sand paper (NOTE THIS DEPENDS ON THE FABRIC. My fabric is a synthetic velvety microfiber type of thing and it's pretty sturdy so only the top level of the material was damaged). After that, use a solution of white vinegar and water to both soften the fabric and have the vinegar break down what's left of the adhesive as much as possible. Don't make it too wet so the corn starch doesn't turn into a paste, although that's not the end of the world if you have a water vacuum with handheld attachment or can remove the covers to wash them. Then you need to scrape again. And again. And again. No need for gym, you'll be exhausted and your fingers will have blisters from the edge of the credit card. Heck I even broke one of the cards. It literally took me about a full week of working on two sofa cushions and two sofa arm rests. I also used a fabric shaver at the end. Again everything depends on your sofa material. Gemini Google AI was a great great help in walking me through the steps, but it still took hours and hours over multiple days. I've barley ever left reviews, but this was so spectaculary bad and I can't believe they market for furniture when it should be used for construction or something. Please please don't buy this, literally took months and week off my life. Our sofa will still need a couple more rounds because some parts are still sticky when wet, but at least they don't look as awful as they used to with everything sticking to them. Not sure how this is still on the market and still being sold. I also had it on my stairs carpet and I eventually had to tear out the carpet.

Working well
The plastic is nice and thick. My 12 pound dog was damaging both my walls and door. It sticks well and has stood up to her scratching thus far. Not sure it comes off cleanly or not, but it is working so far.

Really works well
This the 2nd time I have bought this product. I needed more to use. I have 2 beagles and they scratch the door to get in. Product really works

Great product for pets
Definitely works, and as a side perk, quieter when the pup runs to jump on slider glass. Only flaw, patience is needed. Having helping hands is useful as the adhesive is very strong.

Cat scratching door frame
Got this to cover part of my door trim to keep my cat from scratching! So far, so good. Easy to use and sticks well.

Very difficult to install without bubbles
I bought this for my sliding glass door. It has adhesive on it which makes it very, very difficult to install it without bubbles. I had a film adhesive kit from a different project (squeegee and xacto knife) which helped, but it still looks terrible and the dogs claws will rip the bubbles. Maybe fine if you need this to cover something that isn’t glass like furniture legs or a solid wood door, but I would not buy this for a sliding glass door.
