Fantastic I put these in lemon honey tea for a little kick. I have a very limited diet and these have quickly become a favorite. This is not the ginger you buy in fresh in the grocery store. This is more subtle, but richer tasting. Often after I’ve had my tea, I’ll add hot water to it again, let it sit 20 min and then add ice for a non- carbonated ginger ale. It’s delicious. I can’t have lemonade- I’m on a low acid diet but this calms the stomach while giving it a tasty treat. With daily use, I go through about a bag every 2 months. If you have problems with nausea- I’d highly recommend this, but it’s definitely the best I’ve tasted. I’m on my 5th bag at this time. I cannot recommend it enough.

This was a great purchase.ive used it all up and there was aaaalot!!! I need to buy again . I create floral and herbal teas and my customers love the size of the slices which are both small and large and every where in between , you know,like the shpe of a larger ginger !!! and the freshness quality and flavor is perfect 👌 highly recommended from me!!!

I am ordering this product for the second time. The flavor and the quality of the ginger slices is excellent! No tiny pieces, just uniform slices. I use it for teas, smoothies and Asian cooking. And the resealable bag has kept the product fresh for a year.

Wow! This ginger sure does pack a punch. Excellent quality AND very potent. I suck on a half slice - any larger pice is a a bit too strong for me. Highly recommended.

I like ginger but not all the sugar you get when they "sugar" it, so I thought I'd try this. Being a man, I just grabbed a chunk, chewed till I couldn't stand it any more, then swallowed it really quick with some food to get the positive effect ginger has on inflammation relief. To put it mildly, it was a pretty intense experience... My wife, being a woman, tried the more refined approach of putting 2 or 3 chunks in a cup, then running a kurig over it, letting it brew for a few minutes, then sipping that. When the cup was empty, she found she could run the same chunks through the process 2 or 3 times and still get an enjoyable brew out of it then pitch it at the end of the day and start over in the morning. I have decided to follow my wife's technique. When you have to go with smaller chunks because your at the bottom of the bag and you used all the big ones up, you will get some small chunks that want to float. I just push them down with a spoon and eventually, they settle down to the bottom of the cup.
