Works well
I’ve been enjoying using this product and feel like it’s better than the Cuisinart I previously had. The amount of grind settings is awesome and it’s not as loud as the Cuisinart. Being able to essentially take this completely apart to clean is such a huge upside, especially being able to clean the burrs. The Cuisinart was a nightmare to keep clean. This seems built well and has a nice look to it. I use beans that are on the oily side and this has zero problems with the beans. One small thing is I always end up with a bit of coffee grinds on the counter while it’s in use. It’s very small and I can’t find where it’s coming from exactly. Not a big deal for me though. Hoping this product lasts a long time!

I bought it and I'm very happy with my purchase
This an excellent product, works well, nice finish on the grind once you find your adjustment on the side. Has a Justice on the front for the amount of cups you want to grind for and also the type of grind you want on the side. The only downside I see is that some of the coffee escapes the container during the grinding process and winds up kind of underneath it requiring cleaning afterwards. Comes with a handy scoop/brush that I use for that. Also it's not very loud which is nice

The thrill wore off real fast, but now it's back!
At first, I loved it. After a couple months of use, it gave me fine espresso powder and a real rough chop all in the same use. My review was a 1 and I have to change it to the 5 stars it deserves. I was about ready to scrap this one and get another brand. Now, at 8 months, I discovered it was my error that caused the problem... when cleaning the grinder assembly, I was not turning it all the way to the locked position. I thought I had, but I needed to turn it until I heard the click. When I did not do this, the grinder head dances around plus the grind selection knob moves on its own. So, if you see the inside assembly bouncing around, it is NOT locked into place and you will get an irregular grind texture.

Reliable but messy
I've had this a little over a year now. It grinds well and has held up. Still works as good as the day I bought it. It is also not too noisy. I do wish that it could grind more at a time. I have to fill it multiple times to prep for a small pot of coffee per day. You can also only run it 5 times before it temporarily stops working. It is really messy too. There is no way to pull the ground out without it making a mess. The image is after being used just a couple times after a deep clean.

NOT FOR ESPRESSO MACHINES - good for drip/moka pot/cold brew etc
I bought this as i use a lot of coffee. I use moka pot and espresso machine. I can tell that for a moka pot and a drip coffee it's very good and economical. It's very easy to use and and over the past couple of months of use I never had any issues with it. However even at the max fineness, the ground coffee is a bit too course so DON'T BUY THIS FOR ESPRESSO MACHINES.

Great
Awesome coffee grinder. Not too large on counter, and much quieter than the last grinder we had!

Very Good Affordable Grinder
I had been using a blade-type grinder with fresh roasted beans and had a bit of trouble finding a consistent procedure to arrive at the cup of coffee I wanted every morning. I switched to this burr grinder and, after some experimentation, arrived at the settings that satisfied me. I make a single cup of pour-over coffee each time. No larger batches, even though that is easily possible. Experimentation had indicated that, for me within the single cup pour-over scenario, the grinder’s “number of cups” forward facing setting wheel needs to be set on 4 cups. The other setting wheel, on the side of the machine, needs to be set at the one o’clock position. Then I place beans into the bean reservoir at the top of the machine and push the start button once. The grinder does the rest. I boil water in a kettle and transfer that water to a goose-neck little pitcher that has the exact capacity of the cup from which I drink the finished coffee. That water passes through a paper filter and a stainless steel fine mesh filter holder that rests upon my coffee cup. I only do pour-overs, and the above produces a cup of coffee that I like. The adjustability of this burr grinder allows you to find the specific settings that will wind up pleasing you. Make sure you get every bit of finished grind from the clear receptacle before moving on to the brew process, as grinds can adhere to the inside surface of the receptacle’s black top. This has been a reliable, durable, and easy-to-clean burr grinder. I wasted my time with blade grinders. I should have purchased this machine sooner.

Poor grind quality, messy
I found this grinder extremely frustrating. Three points... 1. Poor grind. There is a high percentage of fines regardless of the setting or the beans. This is rooted in how it works as a high speed grinder. That cracks and pulverizes the beans regardless of gring setting.vthe amount of fines does depend a bit on the beans, but it is always about 50 fine powder 2. Because of #1, it is incredibly messy. Every use requires wiping the fine coffee powder out of the bowl and lid, with a good portion getting spilled. The fines are so fine that they are in containable. 3. Because of #1 this is not a good for for metal reusable filters. The fines seep through and sit in the bottom of the pot / cup making a more butter, over extracted flavor very quickly. The only thing I really like about this grinder is the button timer which gives consistent length of grinding time. However, this does not outweigh the down sides listed above .

No sirve
