My other NutriBullet was nice and stainless steel but it finally konked out on me after 15 years of use. This one is great! Great price and quality. More watts.

So far very good
We have had a few NutriBullets, they seem to die on a schedule. This time we went for a. more powerful one and so far it works fine but it is very new to us. Hopefully we get more live than a year out of this.

Useless
Used my old one for 8 years strait and it never failed me. Had an important job that needed 100s of lbs of charcoal blended into fine powder and that thing came in clutch and grinder all day long to make it happen. It still works but hass fine charcoal powder in the motor and every crevess, so I ordered this new one for in the house. It will run for 30, 20 sometimes only 10 seconds before stopping and not working again for like 5 minutes, then will only work for a few seconds before stopping again. According to Google its because these newer ones have hyper sensitive heat sensors for the motor. If the motor gets warm at all it won't work. Useless.

Not the color I was expecting
I wanted the white/silver version that is shown in the photo, but was sent an all white one. It does say "white" in the title, but c'mon. So be aware of that. Not sure I'll keep it.

Different voltage issues
So it was delivered with US plug. Which is not a big problem, you get an adapter and that’s it. BUT, there is a problem with voltage. In UAE the electricity voltage is 220-240 Volts. In US it’s 120V. On the Amazon page it was written that the product is 240V. However this information should be clearly stated on the sticker on the product itself or on the box but it is nowhere to be found or mentioned. Now I cannot risk to plug it in even with the adapter as the motor could just immediately die or even cause electrical shock because of voltage difference. I cannot confirm anywhere the actual voltage of the product but I think it is the US model with 120V which is not compatible with UAE electrical plugs. So I am left with no help and no information so most probably I will just return the product
