Great product so far!

These were delivered before the scheduled date. It arrived direct from the sellers. I’m taking several other Smarter Vitamins. I’m delighted they added Vitamin K2 because it helps the uptake of Vitamin D. (I’ve been taking Smarter Vitamins Vitamin D with another brand of K2.) The size is little more than a long grain of rice!!! And since I have trouble swallowing large pills this is perfect! It’s also a liquid softgel which means it’s absorbed rapidly. And Smarter Vitamins contain NONE of the bad things often found in supplements.

I take D3 as a supplement and understand that K2 should also be taken to prevent unwanted calcification in vessels. There are differing opinions on supplementation and D3 to K2 ratios. Just as there are differing opinions between different medical bodies internationally on what constitutes deficient vs. healthy D levels. Many of the combination D3 K2 products seem to have ratios that are lower than some of the recommendations. So, with these small 100 mcg. capsules you can reach whatever ratio you wish by combining with a D3 product that does not contain K2.

I have subscribed it and happy with its regularity, on time delivery. So far, it has not given me a problem. It is hard to say anything on its effectiveness on my health, but I feel no side effects.

I check softgels of any supplements I buy by first chewing several. The taste was very bitter. The ingredient that caused the bitterness was very likely the kale, because I've had no problem with any of the other ingredients in other products. I will not reorder it, and will throw these out. The price was reasonable, but not the taste.

I am a big fan of SmarterVitamins. They are made in the USA with the highest standards of purity. I am just starting myself and my 92 year old Mom on this new product. Who does not need great bone and cardiovascular health?! I have used their other products for a long time with great results and confidence. I know this will be no different! I especially enjoy the mini size easy to swallow gel caps.

I take 2 of these per day trying to make sure the calcium in my body goes to the bones, not the arteries. These have a nice aroma and are very easy to swallow.

I use vitamin K2 with menaQ7 because it is helpful for your heart by inhibiting calcium deposits in the arteries and blood vessels, thereby contributing to improved cardiovascular health, to your bones by helping the body make use of calcium to build healthy bones and for the kidney - it is also available in small doses of 45mcg. I have been using a different brand but decided to try this brand based on the manufacturer's description. I haven't tried it yet, but have been using K2 with menaQ7 for more than 5 years. I think I may continue to purchase this brand.
