Could see improvements if...
I tend to get distracted when using e-books or online question banks, so having a physical book like this is a huge plus for me. I also like that it’s smaller than the typical letter-sized study guides — it’s more portable and easier to handle. That said, I think there are a couple of improvements that would make it even better: - Include explanations for why the incorrect options are wrong, not just why the correct answer is right. This would help reinforce understanding and address common misconceptions. - In the “Answers and Explanations” section, list which domain each question falls under. That way, we can easily identify which areas need more focus -- similar to what Jason Dion’s Udemy courses provide-- with the extra step of manually gathering the information ourselves. Overall, it’s a solid resource for those who prefer studying from a physical book, with just a few tweaks that could make it even more effective.

Good resource
This might be the only book with questions on CySa+. Of course, some questions are ridiculously simple, some are too specialized or weird. Noticed several repetitions. If I'm not mistaken, questions are structured sequentially according to chapters in the study book, which is good.

Online bank associated with book is shoddy work.
I bought the book and have primarily used the online portion due to it's instant feedback feature. Whoever edited this material clearly did not put in effort. In the first 250 questions I found half a dozen errors in the material. I am writing this review pre-certification so I'll give an update on it's overall use once I've sat for CySA. Update 06 November 2023. Passed, barely. Book helped with ensuring I had a solid foundation as Security+ was several years ago. Question problems are only located in sections 1 and 2 from what I noticed. The digital format you can get is pretty good, but is crap for use on a phone.

I do not think I could have passed the exam without this Practice Test book. The questions in the book/online are great to train you how to think for the exam and the structure of the questions. Mike Chapple and David Seidl did a great job on this book I can’t thank you enough!

Excellent Resource for CySA+ Preparation
I used this book as my main study guide for the CySA+ exam, and it was incredibly helpful. The explanations are clear, the practice questions are well-structured, and the real-world examples made complex topics easier to understand. The online resources were also a great addition. Highly recommend it to anyone preparing for CySA+!
