I made the decision to try this product after reading the benefits, I definitely have not been dissatisfied, I also waited and tried it before leaving an honest review. I first started noticing I was sleeping better, brain fog, memory improved, I had more energy and get up n go, I noticed a major improvement in my brittle nails, they are stronger and growing better, over all I can’t fault it. I measure the advised amount on the measuring spoons that came with it and add to my coffee morning and night, taste isn’t noticeable in coffee but I haven’t tried it any other way. I thought the jar was small but a little goes a long way and after a month I’m still on same jar and going strong, The appearance reminds you of treacle and it smells earthy but not nasty. Definitely sticking to this as loving the results

Good product, nicely packaged. I've noticed a slight boost in energy after taking for a few weeks. If I take it every day my stomach is a little uncomfortable. The taste isn't as bad as some say. Try to keep the container upright or it gets messy.

This product is the one. I have had no issues and this is my third time I have ordered now from this company now. The taste of the product somewhat reminds me of mineral water, ie it has that metallic taste (if you get me) and has a slight sweetness to it which is quite pleasant. Majority of other shilajit, that I have tried, taste bitter with a nasty aftertaste. This product makes me feel more awake, energised throughout the day, focused and mentally clear. Overall this product deserves a 5/5 rating.

Bought this some months ago and I felt it worked I felt a lot more energetic. Had a week off once I used it up before buying some more,but this one is a lot more runnier that the previous (I read somewhere it should have a rigid consistency) put it in the fridge but it made no difference and I don't feel the same benefits from it this time around

bad quality tub was 1 third full, and was more like wax consistency rather than soft resin, the item wasn't available for return or refund
