Let me just say this is a very well made Hanging Ab Strap. That's why I gave it 5 stars. It just did not work for me. I SO badly wanted it to work! It WILL work very well for that big guy hanging on it. I'm a teeny tiny little woman with lots of arm, back, ab and core strength. I LOVE working my core and arms and upper body with a good Ab Strap! This one is just too stiff and the arm sling is too big for my tiny self. I want to own one SOOO badly! Anyone know where I can get one???

If you're a taller or longer person, I'm 6'4", you may have to add a second carabiner or shackle to buy a little more space for your arms to comfortably get set up but these are a good value. Comfortable and solid.

Great quality. Clips are strong and large enough to go over fat bars. Wide arm sling. Good padding.

Does what it's supposed to and great for leg raises. I've been looking into leg raise stations or captain chairs for leg raises and stumbled across this. This is great since I don't need to buy another piece of equipment. Others have mentioned the length is too short which causes their head to rest on the bar. You can fix this by getting a chain or swing straps to increase the length if this is an issue. Cons, the carabiner doesn't have any rubber protection, so this may cause scratching to your bar. Not an issue for most, but mine happens to have a coating of paint. I put some athletic grip tape to prevent scratching of the bar. Also this helps to prevent the carabiner from sliding around during use. Not a huge game changer, but an added bonus.

Solid product

Quality is mid. The screw mechanism on my unit became stuck and I was unable to open the hinge to hang it to my bar because the screw was stuck. I guess it was not too bad but atleast my unit was faulty.
