Ease of flow control
This has been great for filling watering cans during the hose pipe ban. I’ve used a short length of hose (18”) with this on the end to fill the cans. The quarter turn shut off is so convenient to having to close down the main tap each time the can is full.

Absolute rubbish. Turned off the tap to change the hose attachment, and a second or two later the tap section blew off Item was new, and had been in use for just three days.

Faulty and no way of contacting seller.
Tried to contact seller but couldn’t find any option to do so. Would not stay connected and when I finally got it to stay on the shut off valve knob fell just falls off when turning. Surely I just got a faulty one but very unhappy with it and not having an option to contact seller is frustrating.Good concept but mine is faulty.

Gardena Control Valve
For regulating or shutting off the water flow at one end. We attach the spray nozzle directly to the control value. Works like a charm - Don't have to walk back to the water spout to reduce the water pressure. Sometimes, you need a very gentle flow and the control valve gives you that ability. Really great item.Want to buy another one for our other hose - have to wait until item is back in stock.Definitely recommended!
