Clean and tasty beans. mix these with some other beans for a very memorable chili. I Soaked these overnight got busy and ended up soaking for a couple of days and the water was crystal clear, beans were all intact. .That's amazing

I prepared a delightful soup using these unique beans, which cooked beautifully and provided an excellent culinary experience. Prior to cooking, I carefully rinsed the beans multiple times to remove excess dirt and debris. My preparation method involves a thorough cleaning process: first rinsing, then boil for 2 minutes turn off heat, soak for an hour, draining, and rinsing again before cooking. These beans were a delightful departure from my usual pinto beans, offering a refreshing change to my typical recipe. To enhance the soup's flavor profile, I incorporated smoky flavoring and added ham, which my husband particularly enjoys. The result was a hearty, flavorful dish that transformed these beans into a memorable meal.

With prices continuing to rise after COVID, I'm grateful to be able to buy beans of this quality at this price. It's so delicious when you stew them with beet sugar and Japanese konbu. It's also super healthy because beans are rich in fiber and potassium. I soak and parboil these beans beforehand to remove the pesticides as much as possible. I do this process even if they are organic and non-GMO beans because my grandma taught me the way.

These are of reasonablely good quality comparable to name brands but at the convenience of having them delivered decent price

I'm going back to dry beans and the old ways of preparation. It's healthier, read a label. These are fine, cost effective to what's available in stores, of equal or better quality and I don't have to play in traffic to get em. Win win & win.
