This digital mini frame was everything I was looking for and then some — period. I went through the last two to three years of my favorite memories and loaded them onto this frame for my work, and it instantly brought me so much joy. I already own a larger digital frame at home (a completely different one), so I had something to compare it to — and I can honestly say I absolutely love this frame. The quality is amazing, it’s easy to use, and it displays photos beautifully. It’s the perfect size, the perfect vibe, and honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. I’m already planning on buying more. Highly recommend!

This is actually amazing! I played around with it a bit and it was frustrating. However, when I decided to make a slide show first, add the music to my slideshow and than upload it, I got the best results. It also gives you more control. The quality and sound was perfect and in sync. I suggest making a slideshow than upload and everything will be smooth.

This picture frame is made really well! The acrylic is thick and sturdy. The on/off buttons on the back make it really easy to turn on and off. You can leave it plugged in and charging the entire time, if you want, it comes with the wire and wall plug. Uploading photos onto the frame is very easy. Once plugged into the computer, a file will appear for you to click on and drag photos into the folder. The photos will automatically upload, which is great and simple. The one issue I did not like due to preference was that all photos either needed to be horizontal or vertical, depending on how you wanted the frame to sit. Photos that are not in the direction of the how the frame is sitting are turned sideways, upside down, etc, which was visually bothering me. Image quality is very good and the photos rotate pretty quickly in the frame. The 2GB of memory allows you to put a ton of photos onto the frame for lots of variety so you do not continuously see the same photos over and over. I would absolutely purchase another one of these for the price.

Opened up the box, plugged it into my computer. Kept flashing over and over trying to connect and reconnect. Even tried a high speed usb c-c cable and still had same issue. Getting refunded. Not a viable product

I'm loving this video picture frame. The frame is the perfect size for my desk. It looks stylish with the clear frame. It is flawless with no bubbles or scratches. It was easy to transfer pictures of of my computer to the frame using the USB cord that was included. I haven't tried any videos at this point so I can't comment on how well videos play. But I do know my pictures look great in the 5"frame. The pictures are clear and have all the right colors. At any time I'm able to add or even replace pictures.

Overall I think this product deserves praise. I know a lot of even high end Polaroid digital photo frames need to be plugged in 24/7, so this meets a genuine need in the market. On top of the frame being very sturdy and effective. As a JPEG photo frame, it gets the job done well and I think it’s an enjoyable product. I will caution people who are buying this for videos, it is very particular even tho the packaging insists it takes all kinds of video file types and lengths. In my first attempt, my 60 second mp4 video was gittery and eventually seized up completely. I had to trim my video down to 45 seconds and as a MP4 file, any other file format or longer length generated an error message. But that is a pretty easy fix, just take your phone video though an internet conversion site and you’re under 45 second MP4 video should work just fine.

Easy to set up. I wish I could understand better how to delete stuff. But so far it is great.

Perfect for a loop video gift and feels high quality. The sound and video quality is great.

Product is absolute trash for this money. I even struggled to ship it to Bulgaria and now it is impossible for me to return it to the US. Images appear distorted and upside-down, you can't change the duration of switching the images. The product itself feels cheap and empty. Zero customization. Total disappointment, I wouldn't recommend.

It's an okay product. The quality isn't the best, but the frame is nice and it has been working well. I bought it last November and it's still functioning
