I have been taking these for a year now, I've been waiting all that time to write a review of these because i wanted to really get a good idea of them and how good they can actually be over a long period of time And what can i say? these are some great quality tablets from NuuNutrition, they are standard capsule size (See included photo) and are somewhat easy to swallow, i say this because I'm not that good at taking tablets haha but most people will find it easy. Now One ounce (28 grams) of maca root powder contains: Calories: 91 Carbs: 20 grams Protein: 4 grams Fiber: 2 grams Fat: 1 gram Vitamin C: 133% of the RDI Copper: 85% of the RDI Iron: 23% of the RDI Potassium: 16% of the RDI Vitamin B6: 15% of the RDI Manganese: 10% of the RDI I'm not sure how much that would equate to a capsule but you get a rough idea with that. 3 Noticeable improvements i have notice in my year of taking these are My increased Libido - For those who do not know what Libido is, its basically sexual desire, so these how the potential to help you if you struggle to 'get it up' now i didn't have this problem, but i did notice it was quicker and harder, and the missus was impressed ;) My anxiety/ overall mood - I notice I'm alot happier in the morning when i get up and just generally throughout the day, i have a stressful job and these have certainly helped in that department Energy - I notice at the end of the day I'm not as tired as i usually am compared to when I'm not taking these. I’ve been using the Black Maca Root for two months. I'm giving it 3 stars now. While I’ve seen some positive effects, there are a few things worth mentioning. I’ve noticed a slight increase in energy, but it’s not a huge boost. It’s more of a gradual improvement, nothing overwhelming. There’s a minor improvement in my libido, but again, it’s not as significant as I was hoping for. It’s subtle and might be more noticeable with extended use. I did feel a little jittery when I first started taking them. It passed after a few days, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, it’s a solid product, but I wasn’t blown away by any specific results. It might work better for others with longer use, but for me, it's just average so far.

Dès les premiers jours plus de fatigue et l'esprit clair. Me méfiant d'un effet placebo j'ai attendu avant de publier mon avis. Maintenant au bout de 2 semaines je confirme avec certitude que ce produit est extraordinaire (et je pèse mes mots). J'ai 60 ans, l'hiver vient d'arriver, il fait froid et triste et pourtant j'ai une 'pêche d'enfer'. Je prends 2 comprimés tout les matins, mon seul regret est de n'avoir pas connu ce produit plus tôt. Et si vous voulez savoir au sujet de la libido, là aussi ce produit fait des merveilles, votre couple va revivre une nouvelle jeunesse. Vous trouvez que j'en fait de trop... essayez le et vous verrez!

El producto bastante bueno, lo compré porque la marca es reconocida en el Reino Unido. El precio siendo tambien generoso. No noté ningun efecto secundario. Tomaba el suplemento como parte de una alimentacion equilibrada, con buena ingesta de agua tambien, por ello, no puedo notar beneficios aislados del producto. Pero si, noté los beneficios de la buena alimentación en general.

Einfach eine Steigerung der Lebensqualität. Und es wirkt bei uns beiden auf die Libido ;) Verpackung/Versand Die Kapseln kamen schnell und gut verpackt an. Die Dose für die Kapseln ist gut und sie waren nochmal extra mit einem Siegel geschützt. Dosierung/Einnahme Von der Dosierung her haben meine Ehefrau und ich mit 2 Kapseln am Tag angefangen. Morgens und abends mit reichlich Wasser. Die Größe der Kapseln hält sich im Rahmen(siehe Bild), sie lassen sich gut schlucken, jedoch habe ich das Gefühl, dass sie in der Speiseröhre kleben. Darum trinke ich immer ein großes Glas Wasser dazu. Verträglichkeit Keiner von uns beiden hat irgendwelche negativen Nebenwirkungen. Keine Magenschmerzen, Sodbrennen oder sonst was mit der Verdauung. Eher das Gegenteil, ich habe wieder einen regelmäßigen Stuhlgang. Wirkung Nach ca. 10 Tagen stellte sich bei uns beiden eine spürbare höhere Leistungsfähigkeit fest. Schwer zu beschreiben, man fühlte sich trotz des kleinen Sohnes einfach gelöster. Wir haben beide einfach noch viel mehr Kraft am Abend. Keiner schläft mehr auf der Couch ein. Meine Frau hat auch wieder mit dem Lesen angefangen, wofür sie seit der Geburt des Kindes einfach nicht mehr die Ruhe hatte. Der Fernseher bleibt auch abends jetzt aus. Zusätzlich ist bei Ihr der Drang nach körperlicher Nähe gestiegen, also einfach wieder mehr kuscheln. Ich konnte bei Ihr auch eine stärkere Libido feststellen. Der Sex war nie quali- noch quantitativ schlecht, ist aber jetzt irgendwie intensiver. Schwierig zu beschreiben ;) Will hier auch kein Liebesroman verfassen und Einzelheiten gehen niemanden etwas an. ;) Also Zusammenfassend, ich habe keine Ahnung ob es ein Placebo Effekt ist, aber wir fühlen uns beide besser, ruhiger, ausgeglichener und stresssicherer. Einfach eine Steigerung der Lebensqualität.
