What's new with the G3 that the G2 dosen't have?

The LG G3 OLED series has a Brightness Booster Max feature, it has a WOLED (MLA-Micro Lens Array) panel, it is not offered in a 97" screen in the U.S., it features the new 2023 LG webOS 23 TV Platform, the new 2023 LG α9 Gen6 AI Processor 4K Picture processor. It producing much richer, more vibrant and more natural color tones than the 2022 LG G2 OLED series TVs. The MLA technology does not require to bolster brightness so the  G3 runs slightly more efficiently than 2022's G2 in most configurations and it can deliver as much as 70 per cent more brightness than regular OLED TVs - and at least 30 per cent more brightness than even our premium evo panels from 2022. The α9 Gen6 AI Processor 4K Picture processor also enhances the G3's audio talents & upscales even plain stereo inputs to a 9.1.2-channel arrangement. Improvements ushered by the new  α9 Gen6 AI Processor 4K processor include improved upscaling of sub 4K sources (by better detecting the difference between natural grain and unwanted source image noise), better tone mapping for HDR playback (that now breaks the image down into 20,000 separate analysis zones versus the previous 5,000), and two new object identification and manipulation tools for making images resemble more closely the way your eyes perceive the real world...^Ivan

Hello, I would like to consult, about the G3, is its image really that good, especially its brightness and saturation?

hi, oh yes, you can believe all of the reviews about this TV.  I have been an LG fan for a long time-since they design and manufacture panels for various other companies, I have always felt they are always on the cutting edge with their new products every year.  I replaced a 6 year-old LG 55" OLED with the G3, and it is just stunning the advancements made during that time.  The MLA feature is no joke.  This TV is BRIGHT.  I do not use it in a dark room, and all of the details in dark scenes are there.  I absolutely believe their claim of 70% improved brightness over last year's model.  Color was almost perfect right out of the box.  I had it calibrated, and they did not make that many changes.  A side note.  My wife and I recently got into console gaming (have been a die-hard PC gamer for 25 years), and we wanted a really big TV in our game room for that.  I wanted a 77", and got the 2022 LG C2 model.  I immediately noticed how dark it was compared to our 55" G3 (especially when playing The Last of Us, Part 1 on the PS5).  I could not stand it, and returned it to Amazon and ordered a 77" G3 for the game room.  I will also be watching sports events on the larger TV....The brightness difference between the C2 and G3 is very, very noticeable as soon as you turn it on.

Not doubt, the G3 is expensive......very expensive, but if you are like me and are picky about your video, you owe it to yourself to try it....finally, I was making a few changes last night to the picture on the 77" G3, and went over to youtube to bring up some HDR10 video material.  I sat there for 45 minutes, mouth open and shaking my head at the unbelievable images I seeing (wild animals, up close, in snowy conditions).  I don't think I blinked once!

Is flush mount the only type of mount?

Flush mounting is not the only option for the LG OLED evo G3 65 inch 4K Smart TV 2023, Model # OLED65G3PUA or for any of the other screen sizes for the LG G3 OLED evo series. A special wall mount that allows you to mount the TV flush to your wall comes as an included accessory with the TV, but the 65" TV also has a VESA Mount Pattern of 300 x 300 mm that can be used to mount the TV with third-party VESA Compliant Wall Mount Brackets that support the TV's wall mount pattern, regardless of type, brand or manufacturer. Those wall mount brackets just will not mount the TV flush to your wall...^Ivan

Can this be placed on a stand ? I can't wall mount.
