I purchased the Euhomy Countertop Ice Maker after returning a different brand, and the difference has been great so far. This one was very easy to set up and started making ice quickly. Most importantly, there was no strong chemical or plastic smell when running, and the ice tastes clean with no strange chemical taste at all. That was a major concern for me with my previous ice maker, so I was very happy with this one. It’s also noticeably quieter than the previous machine I owned. You can still hear it operating, which is expected, but the noise level is very reasonable and not bothersome. The ice comes out at a nice size, the machine is simple to operate, and overall it has worked exactly as expected. So far, I’m very happy with the Euhomy Countertop Ice Maker and would definitely recommend it.

This is an impressive little home counter ice maker. The operation thus far has been flawless, and the operation of the unit is just as described in the advertising. It produces much more ice that the literature suggests, and it is almost surprisingly easy to use. The initial cleaning was easy and thorough and produced good ice after the initial batch. We use and will continue to use distilled water because we like clear ice cubes and because we have lots of minerals in our tap water, although the taste is still very good for city water. The ice maker is relatively light, and the handle makes it easy to move from place to place. We got it because we thought we would like the bullet shaped ice cubes and because our old dog really likes ice and these cubes are relatively easy for him to crush with fearing for his teeth. We make a gallon size zip lock of ice whenever we want some for us and we make a quart sip lock bag for the dog at the same time. This ice maker is just a maker and does not keep the ice frozen in the maker so getting it into the freezer is necessary ASAP. A few gentle smacks of drops on the counter keep the ice broken apart in the freezer for easy dispensing. We like this little ice maker so well we are thinking of getting a few for Christmas gifts for our daughter and three granddaughters.

Excellent product, does just what the write up says about it. Greatly portable for trips. Self cleaning cycle with no hassle, easy to handle for draining, not very heavy. Fast ice making. Safe to place just about anywhere with no worry about leakage. Great customer service if you ever have to deal with them. Quick to respond and very helpful. Cant recommend enough, also have one of their small room air conditioners .

They’re not wrong when they say this makes ice quickly. It really does. And if you’re staying on top of it, you can generate a bag of ice at home pretty fast, but you’ll I have to keep it in your freezer. Which brings me to my two issues with it, and my reason for giving it four stars instead of five. The design of it leaves the ice hanging out above the water tank. And therefore the ice melts fairly quickly (back into the water bank mind you) if you don’t scoop it up and put it into a bag in your freezer. I think it would be a better design to have the water tank separate, and allow the ice to fall into a compartment that keeps it frozen. My second beef is there is nowhere to attach the scoop. I don’t want it to live in the ice basket itself, and there’s no other place to attach it. I’ve seen some where you can slide the handle of the ice scoop into a spot, but this one does not have that. Still, I got a pretty good deal on it, so it scratches the itch for now.

This product is so convenient. I like iced coffee and have 2 to 3 per day. So being able to make ice cubes in a very short amount of time is a gamechanger. The first batch seems slow but after the initial batch is made, the pace is much quicker. It has a thin profile so it doesn't take up too much counter space and the water doesn't need to be refilled too often. The noise level is a little louder than I expected but not annoying. Keep in mind this is not meant to make large batches at once and the ice is an oval shape with a hollow core. But it's perfect for my needs. Highly recommend.

Our fridge does not have a built-in icemaker. We were buying bags of ice every week. This little machine doesn't take up much counter space, is very easy to use, and produces a lot of ice very quickly. The cubes are small and have a high surface to volume ratio. This means they chill your drinks very effectively. The machine will pay for itself before you know it! Excellent quality engineering and construction. Highly recommend.

I assumed it would keep the ice frozen for a while. I did not see anywhere that it makes ice but you have to put the ice in the freezer pretty quickly because it’s kind of a wet, starting to melt, kind of ice. It does make 9 small bullet shaped ice cubes every 6 minutes but you’ll need several (3 or 4) 6 minute cycles for one glass of tea. I haven’t decided if it’s worth the wait or not. I’ll try it for another day or two before I decide if I’ll return it. For the price I thinking I can give up a bit more freezer space for ice trays and have better results. I have a very small freezer so maybe not. I was disappointed that I still have to have a container in my freezer to keep the ice. It is way to use and compact and portable and easy to clean. It’s works as it says, re: 6 minutes for 9 ice cubes. I think they need to make it more obvious that you have to remove the ice pretty quickly and store it in your freezer.

I like that it is small enough to hide out on the counter or end table, it makes ice very quickly and in fact the first 12 hours we made about 10 pounds of ice. It is not very loud, not any louder than a fridge running. I found out that after 12 hours of continuous use things can go wrong. The unit had 2 red lights flashing alternating from one to the other for about 30 minutes, we shut it off and started it back up and it went back to doing the same thing. The unit had enough water, so that wasn't the problem and then it went into self cleaning mode. The Euhomy website wasn't any help so I went to YouTube and it was suggested to turn the unit off and let it set for a while and then turn it back on, so that is what we did. We let it set for 30 minutes and turned it back on and it went back to making ice and we haven't had the problem repeat since. The unit is awkward to empty remaining water so it can be cleaned, they installed a small plastic plug on the bottom of the unit that is very difficult to dislodge and replace. I don't trust the plastic carrying handle at all as it is very flimsy. We have continued making ice everyday without any more problems, we clean it out after we are done making ice, drain the water and wipe down the inside until it is dry. So far so good. 5/12/26 Update: Two years to the day we discovered some brown colored stuff in the water reservoir and upon a thou rough inspection discovered that the 9 probes that make the bullet ice, some had lost the chrome coating and starting to rust!!! To be safe we inspected the ice we had previously made and bagged in the freezer and stopped making ice with the machine. For those of you who are not educated in these things rust inside your body can make you sick, and not knowing what kind of metal the probes are made of poses a problem. The human body can tolerate iron oxide in small amounts, but this is an unknown metal so I must be cautious and dis continue using the Euhomy ice maker. I am very happy that it lasted two years and made hundreds of pounds of ice for us, and I did just purchase another Euhomy ice maker close to this model and design and if I get two years out of this one also I will be pleased. If you have a Euhomy counter top ice maker it would behoove you to keep a watch out for the coating on the probes coming off and do as we do clean the machine once a week with a recommended ice machine cleaner.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

This ice maker packs a punch!! 🤜🧊 First batch of ice it made was little small and melted fast, but after a few rounds once it got going the ice got thicker and stayed cold no problem! this machine tells u when the ice tray is completely full, when the water is empty, And it made a large ziplock bag in under 45min! very impressed with it! it will just stop making ice when it runs out of water or is full too so you dont need to worry about it over filling :) this is my first ice machine and i couldn’t be more excited about having fresh ice in a matter of minutes!

I jut brought it and dose not making ice even once only water coming out as they said I try to put cold water but doesn’t working
