Im in love!!!! My ice maker in my refrigerator broke for the last time. This little ice maker sits on my counter and makes tiny baby ice cubes. They are so cute and are a lot better than ice cube trays. Just put in water and turn it on. It takes 10 minutes to make 9 cubes. I fill it up every other day and keep the cubes in my freezer. It turns off when all the cubes are made.

This machine works great! Nice ice in a short time, looks good on my countertop, quiet. I highly recommend this item!

Not noisy at all. I can rely on it to make ice and warn me when water and ice is overflowing. very nice size for my counter does not take up any space. The color matches all the other appliances in my home. Taste great and chewable. Ice texture is really nice best with filtered water. reliable whenever I need ice. it does not have a self-cleaning the way that it keeps the cubs coming out I'm amazed by it. I like this product better compatible to the others out there.

I have to say this little machine puts out ice fast! I did not find the machine overly noisy. It was about what I expected. The size of the ice is perfect for my Swell bottles. The only downside I found is because the ice is wet as it's dumped in the bin, when you store the cubes in the freezer, the cubes tend to freeze together. I have put the cubes in a zippy bag, then put them in the freezer. I can then break the cubes apart hitting the bag against the counter. That's the only issue I found. It will be nice not running out of ice during the holidays!

My apartment refrigerator does not have an ice maker. I bought this and an ice ”tub” to put in freezer. When the cubes are finished being made I put them in the tub since this particular machine does not keep them frozen all day. My daughter and I like the ice cubes. They are softer cubes but not sonic ice. It gets the job done.

This company's customer service is truly outstanding. I had been using the ice maker for about 10 months when it suddenly stopped drawing water. Since it came with a one-year warranty, I contacted customer service. They were incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. I followed all of their instructions, and they sent me a brand-new replacement. I'm genuinely grateful for the excellent support I received. Companies that stand behind their products and treat their customers this well deserve to grow and succeed. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Minimalist design, maximum price/performance. Bit of a kludge as you must pour in replacement water supply in same place as ice cubes rest. Cubes are small and not solidly frozen. It is wonderfully useful for the price!!! Ours has worked very well and relentlessly for the two weeks we have had it. Modest capacity. Outstanding price/performance. Really convenient.

This ice maker is easy to set up and starts making ice pretty quickly. The ice quality is good, and it’s convenient for everyday use. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little noisier than I expected, but overall it’s a reliable machine and a good value for the price.

We have an older fridge with a broken ice maker. This saved me from having to repair the old fridge. It makes ice reasonably fast but the ice is not inside a freezer so it will eventually melt and goes back into the water tank. Then it repeats the cycle. The pieces that melt turn into a larger chunk of ice. It is overall a great ice maker with some limitations.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.
