After receiving the second record player as the first wasn't working but the customer service team were very helpful I have no more problems with this one... Plays singles and the different speeds and is loud. :).

bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it.. Plays really well. looks great in her room when not in use. Arrived very quickly and more than pleased with this purchase.

Very pleased with item

Terrible quality. I bought it as a present for my album-owning boyfriend. We settled in to enjoy an old classic. It was like torture.We may have had a faulty one - not worth the risk trying again. On the plus side it looked lovely and the customer service was excellent.

Such a shame. This item looks great but the sound quality was far too poor to make it viable.If Assai sort the speakers out this is a winner but not currently viable sadly.
